I have been working with the Barnard Marcus (Shepards Bush), team led by Mark Coden, for almost 6 months already and I am extremely impressed and happy with the service and effort received. Mark and his team, particularly Gareth Trott, are extremely proactive, responsive, adaptable and hard working. They have marketed my property since the beginning of the year and have done an amazing job in very difficult markets and circumstances. Anton and Alex were amazing! They made the whole lettings process seamless, were and still are always available whenever I call or email and go above and beyond to ensure that both myself and the landlord were and are happy, paperwork’s were in order and the process was complication free!
After using another agency prior to contacting the guys at Barnard Marcus, I found the two of them to be a complete breath of fresh air!
