I rented a property I have in the area through this branch for a number of years. I dealt with Sophie and Katie in the branch and mainly with Jack Grimes in their property management office. The whole process from finding tenants to inventories, rent collection and payments was swift and professional - great service from the branch. As for the property management side, over the years many issues cropped up - from leaks to problem neighbours to damage etc. Jack was fantastic, took the lead on everything and got immediate resolution - some days he would sit on hold to people for hours at a time which never went unnoticed. As a working landlord I did not have the knowledge or the time to do any of this. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, their fees were very competitive and they more than earn them! Thank you all for your help, once I am ready to rent the place out again you will be the only people I will trust with my property!

Katie in branch is very professional but friendly and goes the extra mile when required to give the right outcome. Maintenance is handled by Jack in Liverpool who again can always be relied upon to provide a timely and cost efficient solution, what ever the issue.

Katie showed me around the property and was friendly and professional. It was obvious she had spent the time to learn about the property as she was able to answer all my questions.
I dealt with Bailey during the move into the property. He was great at dealing with issues we encountered and quick to find solution.
