After having our property listed with Tepilo for six months and only receiving one low-ball offer, we'd resigned to believing our leasehold property had no appeal. Worse still, most estate agents we spoke to knew less about selling leasehold properties than us. Contrasting this were our local branch of Dixons, specifically Christian and Jack, who'd called us regularly during our original Tepilo listing to see how we were getting on while demonstrating a lot of competence and experience selling leasehold properties - a very common requirement in the Perton area. Jack came round to visit us and the first thing that struck me about him was the lack of a flash car, big watch, and eye-watering aftershave. He sat with us for quite some time and assured us he could sell our house. We signed-up. A week later we were sold, for the asking price, which was higher than our Tepilo listing. Since then Dixon's Perton has assisted us in a number of ways, including helping our buyers secure a better mortgage on the property, and have proven to be an indispensable resource just a phone call away.
