Having to edit this review due to massive negligence from Dixons..., as a tenant of a property they let to me, they rushed me and my family in without telling us that the property was still for sale, not one word was said but my main gripe is the way are dealing with a blocked drain that has caused raw sewage to come into my garden..., 2 weeks ago I reported the problem and still my landlord hasn't dealt with the situation and Dixons are just nonchalant about the whole thing! Absolutely poor the way they are dealing with this.
Me and my partner dealt with Dixons for a rental property, the whole process was easy and I must say ran very smoothly and quickly, I'd say thats down to staff, notably Eve and Eliza. I would recommend Dixons as it was a doddle, so 5 stars from us.

Couldn't have received a better service, even when hitting a snag. Holly, Ellen and Freya, were excellent throughout and we are now looking forward to making our dream house our home.

I have spent months looking for properties to rent and came across Dixons, within a week we have been closer to getting into a property than I have dealing with any other agents first impression is that they won’t set you up to fail.
I can only speak on the member of staff that dealt with me. Teyneil has been great she kept in contact with me throughout the process, maintained a good relationship and is very quick at her job.
No complaints from me

Wow!! Having lost faith in previous agent, we called Dixons & it totally restored our faith. From the initial call, to viewings & negotiating the offers, dealing with the solicitors & all the way through to handing in our keys, nothing was too much trouble for these girls. Claire Becky & Meegan gave been there every step of the way & I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you to the A Team

I would give this company 0 stars if I could.
My mum was interested in arranging a viewing for a property and contacted the company several times. Each time, she was told that someone would get back to her shortly, but no one ever did. Despite multiple follow-ups, her enquiries were never properly addressed, and the property has now been sold.
We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The lack of communication and failure to follow up made it seem as though our interest in the property was not taken seriously. When my mum called to express her disappointment, all she received was a brief apology with no real explanation or effort to resolve the issue.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to others. The service was unprofessional, frustrating, and far below what we expected.

We dealt with Ethan initially who booked the viewing and made us aware of other properties, we then had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sophie at the property. She was knowledgeable and patient. My son is a first time buyer so some of her advise was invaluable.

I had a very disappointing experience selling my house through Dixons.
Throughout the process, Lee was often rude whenever I spoke with him, and his attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Eventually, I told the company that I no longer wanted any communication with him, and things improved after that.
I paid around £2,400 to sell my house and was told that this would cover the service. My solicitor was given the same understanding. Very little work appeared to go into the sale. No photos were taken of my property, and as far as I am aware, no marketing was carried out on my behalf.
After the sale completed, and around a month after I had already provided statements and the requested paperwork, I was unexpectedly told that I owed an additional £118. This had never been made clear to me during the sale process. The company continued to email me demanding payment and eventually passed the matter to debt collectors.
At the time, I was busy renovating my property and did not always have the opportunity to call or deal with additional correspondence, which made the situation even more stressful.
Overall, I found the service poor, communication unprofessional, and the additional charge unexpected. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.
