Frustrated with this agent.
They wouldn't let me see the property on studley road. I had a booking but they moved the time without informing me. There was apparently high demand and they wanted everyone to see it in the same hour. I've just seen they've knocked 50k off the asking price. But no follow up to let me see it.
If you let people see the property, you might be able to sell it. Stop with the transparent high pressure get everyone through the door in the same hour to encourage a bidding war tactics, price things correctly, treat people right and you'll attract good buyers.

Callum was absolutely brilliant during our property viewing! He was really friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of our questions in detail and making us feel completely at ease. He clearly knows the local area well and went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed.
I would highly recommend Callum at Bairstow Eves in Purley to anyone looking for a great estate agent. Excellent service – thank you!

Bairstow eves Stratford E15, I would like to give Bairstow eves’s Manager Jay and his colleague Precious 10 Out of 10. I’ve never seen an agent so polite, calm, kind behaviour, understanding like them, the way they handle the tenants situation with patience and their polite behaviour, I’m very impressed. Because I’ve experienced the situation with them, and they try their best to help with my situation. They try to make their tenants happy and comfortable. I’m glad I found a property from Bairtstow eves and agent like Jay and Pricious?? my whole heart to them??

they are a joke of a company too focused on meaningless numbers over running an actual business. Mark is the biggest one of all. He will fight with you every step of the way. Push you to get a mortgage which isn't great and refer you to the worst solicitors possible. Be warned you are looking at 5-7 months to complete a sale and mark will fight with you and blame you instead of doing sales progression.
For some reason the district manager shobad is submissive to mark so definitely do NOT expect any help from the company. A name change to cuntstow eves is better fitted
Buyers/ sellers/ renters go use a real estate agency not this gimmick relying on parent company money to survive. Its not just this office its all of them in north london

I had such a positive experience with Clairessa and Sam at Bairstow Eves in Romford. They supported my mum, who is 80, and from start to finish they were incredibly lovely, patient, and understanding—making what can often be a stressful process feel so much easier and more manageable.
They were always happy to answer questions, kept me well informed, and went above and beyond to offer support whenever it was needed. Their professionalism and genuine care really stood out.
