Hussain Dawood supported us through a complicated house purchase and helped keep the process moving when timing became very tight. Although he was understandably persistent in following up throughout, he did help obtain key information from the seller’s side and supported progress towards completion before our mortgage deadline.<br><br>Thank you for your assistance in getting the purchase over the line.

I have been a landlord for over 25 years, many of them now with Belvoir in Basingstoke. Recently Jessica Fuller has taken responsibility for my properties and I could not recommend her highly enough. Her professionalism, knowledge and recent tenacity when dealing with tenants on my behalf has been second to none. I have been letting property through Belvoir Bedford since 2013. As a non-resident landlord, it gives me peace of mind to know I can rely on Calire and Amisha to manage my property efficiently. Finding tenants has always been quick, keeping any void periods to a minimum. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Bedford.

Luke couldn’t do enough when I rented my flat out, he understood my requirements and was so helpful arranging everything, including someone to paint some rooms and lay flooring in the kitchen. I feel he went above and beyond to help. The tenant was found very quickly and everything went smoothly. Since the tenant has moved in I have had dealings with Frank (also from the lettings team) and he has also been very helpful and listens to requirements. I have confidence that this service will continue with Luke and Frank. The tenant is happy and the whole process has been smooth. Thank you.

Really positive experience with Belvoir Prescot from viewing the property through to getting everything sorted for moving in.<br><br>James showed us around the property and was friendly, helpful and happy to answer our questions during the viewing. Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

Extremely poor experience. Belvoir were consistently slow and unresponsive, and the handling of my deposit was particularly disappointing. They waited until the very last day of the deadline to submit their proposed deductions, unnecessarily prolonging the process and leaving me waiting for my own money.<br><br>For a relatively small amount, the amount of chasing and hassle was completely unreasonable. I found the whole process dishonest and unprofessional, and I would not recommend Belvoir to any tenant.

Myself and my partner enquired about a property which was a first floor apartment. We said that we had pets, and the estate agent said they will check. When we went to view, we said again that we had pets and were then told we were not allowed pets at the property. You knew this and didn’t tell us beforehand, and respectfully we will never part with them, so you completely wasted our time. We will not be looking at properties with you again.

They are an extremely professional, friendly and reliable team who are always a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>Communication is excellent, everything is handled efficiently, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both their landlords and tenants and about maintaining properties to a high standard.<br><br>Lesley in particular is always approachable, organised and great to work with, and the same can be said for the rest of the team. A very well-run letting agency with a great group of people behind it.<br><br>Would highly recommend Belvoir West Bridgford to any landlord looking for a professional and dependable team to manage their property.

Just wanted to say how helpful Belvoir were and how quickly they responded to our needs.<br>We dealt predominantly with Allanna who was really attentive. She always returned our calls and found any information we needed. She was an excellent link between ourselves, the Landlord and Solicitors. She is a really good communicator.
