Arranged to view property no one turned up. I travelled an hour stood in the pouring rain and they said they had rang me six times to confirm the appointment. I never got any phonecalls. If hadn't been able to make the viewing I would have called. They wouldn't even come five mins down the road to let e view said they were busy . Disgusting service

We recently purchased a house listed by Bridgfords in Disley. Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Harry was fantastic in ensuring we had all the visits we needed to ensure we could make an informed decision. Chris and Steve were great in guiding us through the actual purchase. Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.
