I was shown a property by Jessica Healey absolutely amazing answered all the questions I had and was really lovely I was unable to apply for the property due to personal reasons but was told to get in contact in the future overall amazing

I am not a person that leaves a review normally but after speaking with Shannon several times, the service i got was fantastic any issues i had was sorted straight away along with with every question answered.

When I viewed a rental property recently, with Lettings Negotiator Jessica Healey, her approach was such that I thought she was in charge.
Jessica was unintrusive, but on hand to comprehensively answer all questions.
Jessica responded to all of my correspondences quickly, and meaningfully.
Thank you Jessica for your efficiency and professionalism.
*This is my first and only viewing with Bridgford to now.

Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

I would 100% recommend Bridgfords Durham! My housing group were really struggling to find somewhere to live as we were looking quite late; however, Bridgfords really helped us finalise a place we loved. The agency, especially Marija Acomi, was very patient with my group (we took a while to send information over as there are 11 of us in the house!) She was very efficient and an amazing communicator, which really helped ease my stress whilst I gathered all the tenants' details.
Compared to the other agencies I've communicated with, they were by far the most helpful. I'm very glad we're signing with this agency, and I suggest other Durham students should too (:

Sophie was excellent throughout the entire process. She was extremely efficient, maintained great communication at every stage, and ensured everything progressed smoothly from start to finish. She was always quick to respond to any questions and made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciated her professionalism and support, and would highly recommend her to anyone going through the letting process.

By far the worst estate agents we have ever used . Only have good things to say about the lettings department, but the repairs team/property management are the laziest , least helpful people ever . We have a baby in our property and they could’ve cared less about 2 weeks with no heating, a leak for 2 weeks , damp. Absolutely useless
