Talk about harass a person who you're not even selling the house for!
So I did a PX with Barrett Homes and they chose these clowns,to sell my house, so far, I have had weekly phone calls, the new buyer wants to measure to carpet, bring a joiner round, wanted to send the new buyer round unaccompanied, Barrett's don't even own my home to sell yet...

We are renting out our property and have decided to appoint Bridgfords in Chorley as our letting agent because their service (from rental valuation to viewings) so far has been excellent. From the moment I placed my Enquiry on their website, the team (Lyndsy, Katie and Adrian) has been proactive, friendly and helpful. Adrian, one of the letting negotiators who I have been communicating with has been helpful, patient and professional. He has helped me with all the questions and concerns I have had. The team certainly has the knowledge in what they are doing. Thank you.

First they showed all worst properties
Then they fooled us with money first told 1100 for apartment then increased the price to 1500 during contract
They repairing management is utterly disgusting
Never available on emails or on call
They ask us to complaint on website
After complaining no reply
Sadly we went to leeds city council to complain against them and now they came next morning
Did not do any repairing in 10 months even though we complained them for almost 7 or 8 months straight
Did not helped even after our housemate got hospitalised after mould allergy
Even after health and safety did not attended our complaints
After reading this review if you choose this agency then u r the biggest fool sorry mate

Staff rude abusive, whilst working on a property trades man and estate agent dumped a large amount of commercial waste in a neighbouring property, when approached they became abusive and threatened a resident as well as an enforcement officer. After contacting Bridgefords to resolve this issue they denied any involvement and when evidence was provided they phoned the police and made a false report about being threatened. I would advise you do not contact this company.
This business name is also a front for several rogue landlords.

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful when you need them. I had a long wait for my home with a few bumps along the way but from searches to completion they were fantastic. Always responsive to emails and keeping me updated on the process. I'd recommend them if you're like me a first time buyer. Thanks guys.
