Originally seemed nice enough, hence why we went with them but no w recognise why the fees were lower which were not sufficiently explained which felt deliberate. Over promised, under delivered and let down at nearly every turn following. Didn’t realise just how bad it was until we changed agents.

I just want to really thank Ahsan for his service and how he's dealt with the viewing process and the lettings negotiation for myself. I believe this has contributed towards me deciding to go ahead with Renting and the attentiveness and direct communication and outstanding customer service has made this process as easy as they come.<br>I also want to thank Chris for his great customer service and I appreciate his time also especially for helping me where He was able to answer any further queries I may have had in order to assist with the process. We had no clue how to sell a home and buy another one Then Kirsty came through the door ??????. Professional and friendly. We were under a lot of stress ,after living in the same house for 48 years and buying a new one 150miles away.<br>Kirsty took all that stress away with the help of Jordan and Owen,<br>Beautiful photos of this house.
