Katy and Stephanie were both incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our requirements, kept us informed at every stage, and were always available to answer any questions we had. Katie Edmond’s was outstanding from start to finish with helping us find the right home that fitted us best. She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential.
Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way.
She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord.
We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent .

I viewed a number of properties with Jordan and had a really good experience.
I didn't end up buying through Chancellors in the end, but Jordan showed me several houses and was always friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. He was punctual, kept me updated and made the whole process straightforward.
Even though I found a property elsewhere, I genuinely appreciate all the time and effort he put in and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a property
