I had a viewing appointment with Bradley Wiskin today, and it was a really pleasant experience. We went through every detail about the property, and he took the time to answer every question I had. We had a great experience purchasing our property with Jamie from the Fleet branch. He always picked up the phone or returned our call at the earliest opportunity. I am a first time buyer so no previous experience about getting an state agent appointment, viewing itself is totally a new experience for me. I was bit nervous on the day of my house viewing on the top tensed about how I will manage to view three houses in 45 minutes without any personal vehicle. In my first property viewing I explained my situation to Jack and he was very kind and helpful. He gave lift to me and my husband and showed us all three properties.
It was a great experience.
Being a first time buyer I asked so many questions to Jack but he was very nice and polite in answering all our questions.
If the state agents are supportive and helpful like Jack buying a house can be pleasent experience.
It should say my overall experience is very satisfying.
