I completed my purchase today through Connells and as a first-time buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, I had very little knowledge of the process, but Stacey was incredibly patient and supportive throughout. She truly held my hand every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure I felt confident in every decision I was making.
What really stood out was her dedication and expertise. Stacey did not just guide, she actively helped me secure a reduction in purchase price when I put in a counter offer, which made a huge difference for me. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about her professionalism and skill.
She is knowledgeable, talented, and genuinely cares about her clients. There’s also something so reassuring about her vibrant and positive energy over the phone, she always came across as approachable, proactive, and ready to help, no matter how small the question.

Unfortunately we found PL lacked communication. We often felt we were chasing and at certain points, they almost stopped making efforts which is really disappointing. We ended up switching to Oscar James who sold our home in a couple of weeks.

I viewed a house for rent and had the agents freya and yasmin. They had a perfect mix of professionalism and staying casual. Freya showed me around the house making jokes throughout which made for a great viewing experience. I hope if i were to use Connells again that we would have freya to look after us 11/10 experience
