I recently needed to find tenants for my property and employed Nikki and Siman of Connells to run the process. They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

We had the pleasure of having support from Dilvinder with our mortage renewal, not only did she take her time to find us the best product she also supported us in doing our Will and life insurance, two of things myself and my partner have been meaning to do but never got round to doing it or knowing where to start. There was never any pressure to agree to either but we knew if we didnt have support to get them done we likely wouldnt have them done at our next renewal so it has made us feel at ease that its sorted now and its two very important things to have in place. I have never experienced such bad and rude customer service ever from an estate agents, constantly chasing to get answers and phone calls back, wrong accommodation information given and this is from the lettings manager! Thank god I am not buying a house from this company,
