They made the whole process so much smoother, faster and more efficient than I could have imagined.<br><br>Their help, professionalism and support made such a difference and took so much of the stress out of moving. I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

Freya was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! She showed me around a lovely three-bedroom house and was incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming throughout the viewing. She was knowledgeable about the property, took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience feel relaxed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about providing a great service and making sure I felt comfortable, I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent a property. Extremely disappointing experience. Complete waste of our time and a shocking response afterwards.<br><br>I arranged to view a property on McLean Drive in Oxford on Saturday 17th October at 10am with an estate agent named Ibrar Hussain.<br><br>I made it very clear to Ibrar that we were travelling two hours specifically for this viewing, and he agreed to meet us at the property at 10am.<br><br>We got two children up early on a Saturday morning, made the two-hour journey to Oxford and arrived as arranged. Unfortunately, Ibrar was nowhere to be seen.<br><br>We waited outside the property until 10:20am, but nobody arrived. No phone call, no apology, no explanation. Just a completely wasted morning and a four-hour round trip.<br><br>What has annoyed me even more is receiving an email this morning from Ibrar Hussain claiming that he was at the property from 10am until 10:30am and had waited half an hour for us!<br><br>I find this absolutely astonishing, as we were physically at the property during that time. I also have photographic evidence to support our account of events.<br><br>Mistakes happen, appointments get missed, and people occasionally get their wires crossed. I can accept that. What I cannot accept is having our account of events contradicted and being made to feel as though we were the ones who failed to turn up.<br><br>A simple apology and an attempt to put things right would have gone a long way. Instead, Ibrar’s response has made an already frustrating experience considerably worse.<br><br>When people are considering renting a property, particularly when relocating from another area, they should be able to rely on estate agents to honour agreed appointments and communicate professionally.<br><br>This experience has left me extremely disappointed. Our time, fuel and effort were completely wasted, and the response afterwards demonstrated, in my opinion, a complete lack of accountability

I want to say thank you to Connells for my making my mortgage journey seamless and amazing, most especially Nathan Blackwell who patiently listened to my constant complaint and always has a solution to my every worries. I will not forget the amazing Hassan Ahmed for guidance, showing me endless options to choose from, not rushing me, allowing me make my decisions . You guys are the best, I will sure recommend Connells to anyone, cos they have the most amazing and professional staff.

Sam, Carmen and the rest of the team at Connells Marshallswick have been brilliant! Their marketing and advertising was slick, their arrangements for viewings, feedback, local property activity knowledge and pricing guidance was professional, honest and always delivered regularly, with consideration of their seller's wellbeing, during a normally stressful process. Once a buyer was secured, updates were timely and proactive. I cannot endorse Connells as a whole brand, but from my personal experience with Sam, Carmen and the rest of the team at Marshallswick, I'd 100% recommend them to sell your property... Thanks Sam ????????????
