Vicky has been amazing. She is very professional, her communication has been excellent throughout the process, especially with the feedback from potential buyers. I did my initial valuation with Iona, whom was excellent also, and I'm happy with the valuation.
Loved the marketing of the property. ( It was advertised everywhere, even I was fed up of seeing it! ??????) But Connells delivered! Very good value for money, and excellent local market knowledge. Vicky don't ever lose your enthusiasm.... it's infectious!

We had a very good experience working with Reuben and the team. It was a slow start but following their suggestion to relaunch after Christmas, it was very quick. The team were efficient and helpful throughout.

I had a great experience buying my flat through this estate agency. The whole process was smooth, professional, and well managed from start to finish. The team was helpful, responsive, and always ready to answer any questions. Everything was handled efficiently, which made the purchase much less stressful. Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.
