Hunters (Downend) were selected after meeting & questioning 4 local premium estate agents. Hunters provided the best overall advertising package and were also competitivly priced.<br>I'm pleased to say they delivered on their commitments and the house sale proceeded to contract exchange without any hicups.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Maddison Smith for the last few months. She has remained in constant contact and worked so hard to find a suitable property for me. Unfortunately the right property never arose with Hunters and we have since purchased with a different agent however Maddisons diligence to try and understand my very specific requirements in a property and also her genuine care about her situation has really made her stand out among the other agents I have been dealing with. She is a truly lovely and genuine person and a credit to Hunters.

I've known Jonathan Clegg for many years, and when I ran into serious problems with another management company, he and his staff were instrumental in helping me to navigate through a very difficult situation. They consistently went above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected, and went out of their way to deliver a top-level service. My constant impression when working with any member of the Hunter's team is that nothing is too much trouble, and that they are in my corner all the way. When I decided to leave the BTL market, they helped me find buyers for my properties and made the transactions smooth and trouble-free. I've dealth with half a dozen letting agents and estate agents in Southampton, and Hunters stands out as the best by far.

Hunters are an excellent Estate Agents, my wife and I have been looking to buy a house in Bridlington and the communication, service, advice and help from them has been brilliant. If we were selling a property in Bridlington they would be our first choice. Lauren and Aimee who we have dealt a lot have been outstanding.

Our estate agent Ian Dunlop at Hunters was amazing from start to finish. He was always at the end of the phone and so responsive to any emails, texts or calls we would send. We had some issues with our solicitors and Ian supported and guided us through this too. I could not recommend Hunters or Ian more, a lovely company and fab estate agent- I hope everyone has an Ian in their house buying process.

First time I had used an Estate Agent for 34 years. Hunters were recommended and did not disappoint. Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.
