I felt incredibly overwhelmed when I was dealt with the unexpected task of having to sell a property in Fulham. But I was so lucky in that I had Ruby to help me along the way. I live over 100 miles away from London which I thought would be a massive problem, but as soon as I handed over the the keys over to Ruby, she handled everything with such ease. When I marketed the property, I was going through the final stages of probate, which ended up being a far more complicated process than anticipated. When I explained this to Ruby, she was really accommodating, and offered on several occasions to go out of her way to try and make the process a bit easier for me. One example of this was when I was tasked with clearing all the remaining furniture and rubbish from the property by exchange. With time running out, Ruby stepped up and cleared a lot of the items herself (over the bank holiday weekend no less!), and then arranged for a house clearance team to sort out the rest. All I had to do was pay the invoice to the clearance company! This was one of the many times Ruby really went out of her way, and I cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you!... Read more
