I am so pleased I chose Knight Frank in Stow on the Wold to help sell our home. I immediately felt Helen was the right fit for me, she is very personable, professional and genuine. I could tell that any client would feel at ease when viewing the property with Helen and her team. The valuation Helen provided was spot on based on the current market. I liked how she saw the potential in the property whilst also being very realistic and not full of false promises and hot air. Once Helen found me a buyer the support she showed both myself and the buyer was nothing short of incredible. Thanks to the professionalism and hard work of Carmen Vigneron at Knight Frank, I managed to find a lovely flat. Throughout the whole process, Carmen was friendly, professional and responded promptly to all my queries. After a rather lacklustre service with a local estate agent it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Knight Frank! Jamie who looked after us through the whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to deal with, super quick with getting things sorted and always there when we needed him, A* service!

Useless unhelpful. Asking about the information that will be sent out by email but never send over. Call on the Request also never get on line until 10 times later ??????
