We had an amazing experience with Knight Frank - from launching the house at a competitive price to completing it was around 2 months in total which suited our needs for our onward purchase to be as speedy as possible! We started our contact through Lewin at KF who then set up Nick and Anna as our agents. They were both superb and great at communication. Fantastic service from beginning to end. We had an offer on our property within an hour of the first viewing (no exaggeration!), and the whole process was managed seamlessly from start to end.

Sasan moves fast and knows how to find the deals you want. He’s proactive, resourceful, and finds a way to get things done. That pace can be a lot for some people, but it’s effective—especially under pressure.
My only recommendation would be to focus less on trivial details and more on the bigger picture. Long-term relationships matter—LTV is more valuable than just closing the next deal.
Overall, a strong operator I’d recommend.

Anna at Knight Frank is an absolute pleasure to work with, honest, efficient, straightforward and knowledgeable about her patch in SW6….and very much ‘ proactive and on the case’ .I’ve been working in the industry acquiring for clients for 20 years plus and deal with hundreds of selling agents and they are definitely NOT all equal. All of these are essential qualities, that should be a given, but often aren’t, in other agencies that shall remain nameless! I really would recommend her to anyone asking.

We had a very positive experience with Knight Frank in Cheltenham. The team communicated well throughout and showed real initiative and professionalism. A particular thank you to Gemma, Annie and Emma, who were all switched on, responsive and genuinely engaged. Emma, who assisted with the viewings on the day, was especially patient and kind, and handled everything with warmth and good humour. She made what can often be a tiring process feel far more like a pleasure than a chore.

After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

Harry Pearson of the Cirencester office helped and guided us through the process. He was super efficient and we very much enjoyed working with him and his team. Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

Being first time buyers, we were very anxious about the purchase. The team at Knight Frank were extremely supportive through the whole process. They were accessible, professional and empathetic.
We are particularly grateful to Sam Burston and Michelle Wilmot for their active roles and prompt communication. Sam did a wonderful job striking a balance between acting for the vendors and taking our needs into consideration. It is easy to see that he loves his job.
Thank you very much for making our dream real!
