I am so pleased I chose Knight Frank in Stow on the Wold to help sell our home. I immediately felt Helen was the right fit for me, she is very personable, professional and genuine. I could tell that any client would feel at ease when viewing the property with Helen and her team. The valuation Helen provided was spot on based on the current market. I liked how she saw the potential in the property whilst also being very realistic and not full of false promises and hot air. Once Helen found me a buyer the support she showed both myself and the buyer was nothing short of incredible. Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response.
This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.
