Very professional service. Questions and requests for information were dealt with quickly and efficiently by a knowledgable team. My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response.
This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.
