Reeds Rains recently took over the management of my property. Phil, the letting agent, is a consummate professional. He made sure that my property was fully compliant with all laws and regulations. He recommended, and arranged, inspections and ensured that the property had all of the appropriate certification. He visited my tenants and introduced himself to them so that they felt comfortable and reassured that they were dealing with someone who had their best interests at heart. He always responds quickly to my enquiries and provides me with clear advice and recommendations. I highly recommend Reeds Rains to any landlord that wants a top quality managing agent to manage their property.

We have just sold our house through Reeds Rains in Hyde and I can’t tell you how great and supportive the team there have been. Both ourselves and the buyer were having numerous issues with our solicitors not responding to emails or calls or not informing us of key information. If it wasn’t for Gaynor at Reeds Rains we wouldn’t have had a clue what was on going and she constantly went that extra mile to keep us and the Buyers informed of what was going on. I would like to thank Gaynor in particular. She is a huge credit to the team and we have been extremely grateful and lucky to have her working on our sale. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains and would definitely use them again in purchasing or selling a property in the future

Very impressed with reeds rains at hazel grove especially Dean the manager who has been brilliant from the start. I am landlord and the exceptional service I have received from him I really do thank dean what an asset to reed rains. Jayne and Maisie from Reeds Rains have been amazing in the purchase of our house! They were both fantastic in answering any and all questions we had, if they didn't know the answer they would find out and get back to us. Communication was great, constantly updated and kept in the loop.
