As first-time buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole team at Reeds Rains Congleton were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our questions promptly, and made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their communication was excellent from our initial viewing right through to completion. Reeds Rains have consistently acted professionally and with efficiency on my behalf. This review is in relation to Dan, the valuation manager at the Scarborough branch who was very personable, yet professional when he came to value my house.<br>He discussed everything I wished to know with interest and integrity. His expertise in property was clearly evident yet he totally accepted my thoughts too and we came together with a realistic, fair valuation.<br>Dan took much time and consideration to obtain great photos and Giraffe 360 imagery and worked over his allotted timings. He completed the task to allow for the best possible outcome, a quick, efficient sale of my property.<br>I would highly recommend Reeds Rains, Dan and all the staff and I look forward to working with them again in the future should the situation arise.

I have recently purchased a property through reedrains and the whole journey ran very smoothly!! In particular Laura was my touchstone through the whole experience. She was reassuring and proactive throughout my purchase, excellent communication and even gave me emotional support when I got wobbly. It's a stressful thing buying a house but Laura guided me and supported me throughout and I'm super grateful. Highly recommend

????? Outstanding support when things got difficult
I first contacted Reeds Rains – previously at 16-18 Moorgate Street, now at Wickersley Rotherham in March 2024 to help me find a flat. From the start, I was told the landlord would manage the property. I thought it would make no difference whether it was managed by the agent or landlord, but it turned out to be a terrible experience all through my stay of over two years.
What impressed me most was that the team stood by me from beginning to end, even when issues arose over my deposit. They guided me step-by-step and helped me successfully recover my full deposit plus overpaid rent — something I could not have done without their support.
A special mention for Abby — even though she is no longer with the company, her hard work, resilience and dedication were truly noticed and appreciated. I also want to say the Accounts Department was absolutely amazing — efficient, helpful and always there when I needed them.
Thank you to every member of the team. I couldn't remember names, the branch manager and other staff members was brilliant. You turned a very stressful situation around and showed real care for your tenants. I highly recommend this office.

I inquired about their property but no one got back to me. Not very good service. I will look somewhere else. Very bad service.not very good. Hopefully I'll find something else with someone else. Do not respond to emails. And do not respond. When you send a request for a property. No, very good. I will go somewhere else. I know where I'm not wanted.
