Both Ryan Jenkins and Steve Allardyce were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with right from when we first viewed the property. They showed us around clearly, answered every question we had about the house and tenancy, and gave us all the details we needed to decide confidently to rent it. Ambica has been amazing helping us with our mortgage. Our sale has been slow and we’ve been all over the place looking at different property values and she was more than willing to help with quotes at short notice.<br>Once things started moving Ambica was on the ball and very attentive to the application with the vendors.<br>Would Highly recommend her services for those looking for a mortgage.

We used William H Brown to sell our house, and from the very beginning the whole team was fantastic. Sam was especially helpful throughout the process. There were times when things became quite stressful, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and was always there to offer support and reassurance.

After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.

My wife and I were looking for a place that suited our needs. We contacted WHB in Sudbury for a house they had up for rental and in the area we wanted to move to.
We met Lois at the property and she was polite, engaging and professional.
Lois took us through the process including
negotiating with the landlord on a move in date that was agreeable to all parties.
We cant thank Lois enough for her support and guidance. Furthermore, we should also mention the team at Sudbury, especially Nicol, who was able to support us when Lois was not available.

Very unprofessional my daughter has moved in to one of there properties and have had nothing but issue after issue and they don't seem to be bothered as long as there getting there money, works that have been done are to a very poor standard as they use an odd job man and not professional trades matters are being taken further, I can provide photos and evidence to anyone wishing to rent there properties before you go down the same road
