I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. We had a really good experience buying our new home through WH Brown. Everything went smoothly, and we always felt that we were kept informed and supported throughout the process.<br><br>Special thanks to Paula, who was absolutely brilliant. Cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish such a delightful experience. I never want to sell a house again but if I do I will 100% be using these. Especially braid who was always on top of her game and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all for a great experience ??????

Spoke to a lovely young lad called Finley who hosted a viewing for us. Unfortunately this property was not for us, however the service provided was extremely kind, useful and friendly.

I was house hunting since july??????..am sure am not the only one has been through such disappointing and frustrating experiences. But then I saw a listing on this site, and the same day I called I was offered a viewing..little did I know I was finally done house hunting..I met with Nicole for the house viewing very lovely lady..she then put me over to Lois foster who make sure everything went smoothly for me. Its my first time doing this she sat with me and go through the process answered all my questions and update me with every steps. All I did was read and sign..it was no hassle no stress and no worries. And to top it off...my welcome home box with the goodies when I went to collect my keys..chef ?????? ??????..top teir encounter..thanks Lois am now settling well and enjoying home my space.
