31st Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Dishonest Agent and auction is a scam This agent misrepresents its detail. The auction process is a scam. I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time. Very dishonest agent.

29th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)We recently tried to rent a commercial property that SJ had. Ryan the representative had zero knowledge nor could answer any of our inquiries. Weeks later still no emails, month later we received an email that our offer was declined with no explanation as to why. Many attempts later to speak to anyone other then receptionists fell on death ears. Terrible run business all should avoid at all costs.
19th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Overall our experience with Martin and Co. was adequate. The market is obviously difficult at the moment so we decided to come off the market after 2 months. Martin and co. were quick to respond to emails but we didn’t provide a lot of feedback on viewings. They were no sale no fee so fine in terms of value for money.

16th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)It is the worst Lettings agency. I called them 1 week, sent a lot of emails, and even went to their office in Lichfield from Sutton. They didn't answer me at all. Their office was closed on Tuesday at 2 pm, although it had to be opened. Disgusting attitude to customers ????

Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have been blown away by my experience with MP & K, I have been dealing with Charlotte, and she has been nothing short of absolutely fabulous. She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!- 8th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)It was a pleasure to deal with Katie, Paula and rest of the team Walmley office. Only bought a small flat but I was treated with great care. Highly recommend!!!
