13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I selected Wentworth & Rose as the Estate Agent to handle the sale of a property in Birmingham for a client living in the USA. The client was pleased with the choice. The vendor found Wentworth & Rose to be exceptionally professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about the local area. The sale was completed within 7 months and the vendor achieved a slightly lower selling price.

2nd Sep 2024 (17 days ago)Letting a property through Martin & Co has unfortunately been an unpleasant experience so far. Their communication and customer service skills can improve quite a lot and the other party seems to agree with me. Although friendly for brief interactions, anything that demands more normally results in passiveness and a lack of care for their managed service paying customers. Don't take their word for anything. False promises and a lack of accountability seems normal. Proceed with caution in every step and don't expect the world and you should be okay.

Rice Chamberlains dealt with all the requests for viewing and attended the viewings themselves over two days, relieving us of the task. Within a week we had several offers, and Rice Chamberlains guided us through each one, enabling us to accept one.
24th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Not very proactive. The initial marketing, adding to Rightmove was essentially all the marketing they did. There's an expectation that the property should sell itself and when it doesn't and asked what the strategy should be their only recommendation was to reduce. I had to chase feedback and there was a fairly lazy approach to coordinating viewing I.e. whatever was asked for rather than planning appropriate slots to suit seller availability.

4th Sep 2024 (15 days ago)I needed to list the property very quickly, Just Move were perfect for the job, as soon as I dropped the keys off to them, they took the property pictures the same day. And the next day the property was listed on the relevant websites. With each viewing booked, I was notified and given an update not long after the viewing.
4th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)If you are a small independent business I wouldn’t bother with this company - extremely unprofessional. They don’t respond to emails and if you manage to get through to someone on the phone be warned they are unhelpful and rude.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

16th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)HH KNOW THE MARKET. Current sales stock is poor reflecting on vendors ejecting poor hmos first or those who have not invested in them for years and being let... No relection on HH infact I sympathise For us we are particularl hence a purchase may take a while
