5th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Ryan has been brilliant, completing our valuation and introducing Oakmans. He was friendly and knowledgeable and promoted the agents without being pushy. We felt very listened to for what we wanted from the agents. Jai and Harry were brilliant at organising viewings and keeping in contact. We sold in 7 days for just under the asking price, we couldn't ask for a better result. I believe their social media and photography influenced the sale reaching the correct buyers so quickly.
23rd Aug 2024 (27 days ago)Leaders were fantastic! Completing both the sale of our old property and purchase of our new one. After a painful experience with the purchase of our first house we were anxious to move. Claire, Sue and Damon made the whole process as stress free as possible. Claire and Damon secured our dream house and sold our old one all within a few weeks. Constantly keeping us up to date with both houses and answering any questions we had throughout. Once everything was agreed Sue was brought in to ensure everything moved along smoothly which really helped make the move as stress free as possible. Even after the move they were more than happy to take in a parcel that had been accidentally sent to our old address. Which shows how happy they are to go above and beyond.

She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was perfect. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel truly valued as a customer. I highly recommend Cottons, especially with such amazing staff like Albina!
13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)***AVOID Cowboy Estate Agents, AVOID*** The agent Jamie came around 10 mins late (no excuse for being late!), and then told us the fees are fixed at 1%, which we find hard to believe, and was a blantant lie. Then after an instruction, didn’t bother to follow up with any communication. If you didn’t want the business, because it’s small fish compared to luxury properties you are selling in Harborne, then just say that and not mess us around. Also like to constantly harass you with unsolicited phone calls when you are not interest, so be warned if they get your phone number. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with these dishonest wheeler dealer salesmen.

2nd Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Glovers didn’t provide a good service. I purchased a property through them and I asked for assurance the vendor was keen to go through the sale, they confirmed he did, but two weeks after Christmas when fees had been paid to solicitors, I was informed the vendor had accepted another offer without any warning or a chance to increase my offer. The way they handle the call was abrupt! I wouldn’t advise buying a property through them. This was a bad experience and the way the staff dealt with it from the start was truly bad. Personally I feel I should have been compensated for my loss.

Throughout the process was really efficient liaising between myself and the seller. Liz kept everything moving quickly despite being in a very long chain. Would definitely buy and sell future properties through Oulsnam.

2nd Sep 2024 (17 days ago)It took a few months to get a buyer for our property, possibly due to the fact that we are not local to G&T Properties; we maybe would have moved our property sooner through a more local estate agent. However, the staff at G&T are great, especially Louise, who supported us through some issues with quite a difficult prospect buyer. Thank you to the team at G&T!

They were great at finding reliable tenants and walking me through the legal requirements with letting the property and then on hand whenever anything was needed. Sara was brilliant with the sale, offering sound advice and pushing to get things completed as soon as possible. Would happily recommend their services.

15th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Free Agent enough! We sold our house with Free Agent in April after having an awful experience with Connels. We were under time pressure as we were moving location and Daniel, Chanelle and the team were incredible! From the first meeting with Daniel where he honestly valued my house and showed me what else was going in the market, he gave me a lot of background knowledge and made me feel at ease straight away. Daniel and Chanelle then came to do the photos and videos of my property and they were outstanding! I loved the fact that Free Agent do a video for social media as it is very current and properties get much more interest this way! Within 24 hours of my house going on the market, I had 5 viewings booked it! It was insane! My house went online on the Thursday and sold the following a Tuesday! It was previously up with Connels and I had no viewings for 6 weeks! Even once my sale had been confirmed, Chanelle’s communication was second to none. She would regularly send me messages to see if I needed anything from her or if she needed to chase the sellers for anything. Communication was outstanding. As we have now moved down south, we unfortunately won’t get to use Free Agent again but I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone selling their house!!
