6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)They couldn't care less. We had nearly 20 years of ignored issues with mold, blown windows, broken pipes and much more. Every time we reported an issue we would be told they would get it sorted and it never happened. Now, after being evicted under the lie of "the landlords want their house back" we have discovered they never wanted their house back and it is now up for sale elsewhere. So go for Ian Perks if you want to be ignored and lied to for your entire tenancy!!!?? edit: due to photographic proof of the treatment from them, ian perks have reported us for harassment, thus attempting to sweep their mistreatment of tenants under the rug, and proving the point that they do not care

If considering Selling/Purchasing or Letting then please do consider them as I have had the pleasant experience of working with them.

They are a pleasure to work with and always manage to find great tenants, usually in only a matter of days! I would recommend to any other landlord looking for someone to take care of you and your portfolio

Accepted application 26Jun2024 Overall really pleased with the process! First time buyers so a lot of this is really new to me and Mrs but Jacks and Harrison were great at replying to questions and providing reassurance. I like the offer that it's a lifetime service given by Connells so the one-time fee doesn't feel too bad Application has just been accepted so not much else to say but overall great - can't fault em! PS Didn't realise that lenders do so many checks - feel like I can do the Credas app in my sleep now lol

She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. She has shown skills that sometimes have been lacking in other, even more experienced estate agents we have had dealings with previously.

Elisha, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. The house itself is perfect for my needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. The entire renting process was stress-free and efficient, thanks to the excellent communication and assistance from Elisha and the team at Hunters Estate & Letting Agents. 2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Extremely disappointing and deceiving. I travelled all the way from Manchester for a viewing in Birmingham and the house wasn’t the one they showed me on Rightmove. The person was really sweet and warm but it pissed me off that they cheated me like that, I would’ve appreciated if they would’ve let me know that it was taken when I messaged them all the details as soon as it came up. They even told me we’ll let you know when the viewing starts so you’ll be in queue. Horrible never going to Genie homes.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)Excellent experience with Trinity Property, specially Jay. I was in a rush to find a new property as my last property’s contract was about to expire. However, I was not able to find a good property for me and my partner. Finally I found a great property with Trinity Property and explained my situation to Jay. He was a 100% supportive of the whole scenario and helped me out allot in making the process go faster. From viewing to moving in, it took only 6 days with all the process done with a huge help from Jay. I would definitely recommend Trinity Property and Jay. Thanks for all of your help.
