Nicola Powers has been on top of everything from the start. Great communication and prompt. Hoping the rest of the experience will be as smooth.
27th Mar 2025 (26 days ago)We completed with this estate agent in February, nearly two and half years we have been trying to sell our house and Janis at the Hagley branch has been brilliant, we lost the first property we were buying with them but managed to secure another and we have to say that she has worked so hard for us, she even chased the company for the lease, thank you Janis and the team I can’t praise you enough. I would use the Hagley branch again, the amount of hard work that went into our sale/purchase and they never faltered.

11th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Property sold in Auction. Within 6 weeks everything was completed. Good service and all very helpfull. Bloore King &Kavanagh were very efficient. I can recommend selling by Auction if you want a quick sale.

14th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Rude. Was expecting to hear when I could pick up the keys and they forgot about me. When I messaged I had the following rude response. "You have asked for a date to collect keys, which is my understanding that you have taken a room with us None of our previous conversation states which room you have taken Your contact number does not show on our system as a proposed tenant. Unfortunately we have three agents at Genie homes so you could have taken the room with the other two agents, im just trying to help find out which property so we can arrange your keys". Unfortunately we deal with hundreds of applicants per day, so i apologise that i needed to clarify". The snotty ending was terrible. It's there fault I'm not on the system yet somehow they expect me to provide them with all the information. Out of the 3 people that worked there could have said, oh yes I know him, my bad, I'll sort it. Terrible ans unorganised. Do not use! Used another company that was brilliant.

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process.
