The staff have been amazing and have gone over and beyond to make sure the transaction has gone as smoothly as possible. Bindy the manager who I met in person to submit my offer with has been very professional throughout the purchase. Ethan was present whilst I viewed the property and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Manisha arranged the mortgage very swiftly, her communication was superb and responded to any questions I had promptly. She was always happy to help and her experience gave me the confidence that she will get me the best mortgage deal available. First time buyers so a lot of this is really new to me and Mrs but Jacks and Harrison were great at replying to questions and providing reassurance. I like the offer that it's a lifetime service given by Connells so the one-time fee doesn't feel too bad Application has just been accepted so not much else to say but overall great - can't fault em! PS Didn't realise that lenders do so many checks - feel like I can do the Credas app in my sleep now lol

Superb communication and always contactable- which is rare with most other agents we've experienced. Jon got us the best price and guided us through negotiations. Carol really knew her stuff and she was more knowledgeable and on the ball than our solicitors! I cannot recommend Davidson Estate Agents enough!

Specifically, Joshua Cleveland, my property manager, has been overseeing a repair at my property for more than a month. He has consistently kept us informed with detailed updates and promptly responded to queries from both myself and the tenants, alleviating any concerns. Joshua is an outstanding manager whom I highly recommend.

He was quick, efficient and has made the process of renting feel so easy. He has really eased a lot of stresses that comes with finding/renting a property, has communicated with us every step of the way and listened to every query we had. To put into perspective, Me and my Partner had viewed a property on the Thursday and by the following Wednesday, we were able to pick up the keys to our rental property. We could not have asked for a better person to help us! Thank you so much for everything!

2nd May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. The entire experience has engendered a profound sense of disappointment and resentment towards both him and the company.

Set up 8 viewings, so I had the choice of tenants and was given great feedback. The photos and marketing video presented the property in its best possible light. A friendly, professional, organised team. Questions and information communicated promptly and effectively.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.
