Andy & Gemma have been great with us throughout the whole process with any help & support needed. We viewed the property with Mark and moved in within 2 weeks. Mark was very accommodating and even met with us to help measure the property once we were selected as tenants. The move in process was really smooth and easy, both Mark and Josh were informative and willing to help with all of our queries. We were very happy with the support Dixons gave us.
7th May 2024 (1 day ago)We are very glad that we walked in to G & T properties in serch of a larger property to rent with our newborn baby. We were struggling to find a place because of the high demand. One of the office associates Rajan Singh(Raj Tagger) has been very supportive in arranging viewings for the beautiful house that we are moving in, that we really appreciate. Also another associate Mr. Dean has been prompt and efficient in closing the application for us and helping us secure this property. He was able to think from our shoes and act accordingly, and could make things happen. And of course Ellis Amos, has been out go to person answering every questions we had patiently and made thos moving process a breeze. I would strongly recommend G & T if you are struggling to find a suitable place for your next move. We greatly appreciate your services.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Horrible experience...their emails are very aggressive (bold and red text), they are not helpful at all and they forget who is the customer always trying to get in dominant positions, asking for things quoting the law without even understanding the law( i.e: querying a transaction between own accounts on £500 quoting money laundry law- threshold being £8k/ 10k eur/ transaction to other people - not to own accounts. Asking for a passport( despite the 2 uploads of copies and referencing agency checks) in the last minute on collection of the keys after contracts signed and all the funds paid...etc. any ID should have been enough. Anyway I couldn't find any professionalism there not even on mr Oakman himself
