4th Nov 2025 (6 days ago)Truly atrocious! My wife has a property which they are supposedly managing. Aside from the nightmare tenants, we are now no longer receiving the monthly rent. We have tried calling / WhatApping on every number imaginable with no luck. My wife has also sent numerous emails. We don’t live in the UK so the whole situation is a disaster. Maybe they have gone bust? To be honest, it wouldn’t be a surprise!!

She guided me through viewings, paperwork, and moving in, and was always friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

3rd Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)They were instructed in Feb and the sale (if it actually goes through) won't complete until Dec/Jan. I was contacted by at least 7 different people and each time they dropped the selling price by at least £5k but more often £15k. I was finally persuaded to sell to a cash buyer, but guess what, another lie.... Buyer will be getting a mortgage so not the 6 weeks completion but more likely 12 weeks. I don't think any of the Let Property representatives who I dealt with told me the truth. I deeply regret ever contacting them and would not advise anyone to use them.
