25th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)I recently went through a long process with Fraser Wood, and overall, my experience was positive. They were patient with me throughout, taking the time to understand my needs and ensuring I found a decent property that met my requirements. During the house visit appointment, they were friendly and professional, which made the experience much more pleasant. However, it did seem at times that the vendor had more control over them, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, Fraser Wood managed to handle the situation well, balancing professionalism with the needs of their clients. Overall, I appreciate their effort and patience, and I would recommend Fraser Wood for their friendly and professional service.

8th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.
9th Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)We had a bad experience with this company for Liasoning between the house owner and tenants. There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.

22nd Aug 2024 (25 days ago)A huge thanks to Acres at Four Oaks who helped us secure our lovely new home. A particular thank you to Lorraine for her responsiveness throughout every step. They provided good photos & videos of their properties, arranged and confirmed viewings extremely quickly. They were very receptive on the phones, answering calls and resolving emails within minutes. This service has continued beyond the sale. The service they provided as a buyer has been 10/10. Thank you!

Great communication from phone handling to prompt responses through email. The whole process has been great. I used their in house mortgage advisor sandy who worked his magic and also their recommended solicitors who were amazing too. In particular Stephen and Vicky have been there to provide advice and support at crucial moments and there has always been a member of the team available by phone. We would not hesitate to recommend Heritage to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property.

18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
4th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)We were extremely interested in one of their commercial properties and immediately made an offer. To speed up the process, we asked if they had a partner law firm or a recommended one, believing this would help secure the property quickly. Despite having our own trusted law firm, we decided to trust Siddall Jones and use their recommended lawyer. BIG MISTAKE. Despite numerous follow-ups from their recommended lawyer, the process dragged on endlessly. Ultimately, the seller withdrew our purchase and sold the property to another buyer! Throughout this entire ordeal, neither the lawyer nor Siddall Jones bothered to help us follow up or communicate with the landlord. As a result, we lost the chance to buy a prime property. The landlord’s reason for withdrawing was that they received another buyer's deposit, which we were ready and able to provide as well. But NO ONE from Siddall Jones communicated with the landlord to understand his requirements, leading to this loss. This fiasco cost us a prime property, wasted our time, and drained our money on mortgage applications and pre-purchase legal costs. Totally unacceptable! DO NOT TRUST this company. They do not care about their clients AT ALL.

30th Aug 2024 (17 days ago)We engaged with Edwards and Gray earlier this year when we decided to move house. From day one they were extremely professional and responsive when helping to put our house on the market. They provided a good competitive rate and also advised us properly on the price we should sell our house for. They have an amazing process when it comes to taking pictures of your property and making promotional videos which is a cut above the rest in the area and really was something that drew us to the company. We were so impressed with the content that they produced. They made our house look beautiful! They lined up a lot of viewings and worked around our schedule, they also provided feedback for every viewing which was helpful for us. When our house sold they kept in contact with us throughout and even though the process was long due to various reasons out of our/their control we felt comfortable that they were on top of things and made the process very stress free for us. We would definitely use E&G again, they sold our house quickly and minimised a lot of hassle/stress that often comes with moving! I would highly recommend them to anyone. We worked personally with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing!

27th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)We have been renting with back and gold for a year and it was a nightmare we have mould in all the rooms which at the viewing they told me it would get done which I didn’t and then we were told it’s a old house so we are going to get cracks and mould everywhere. I made several complaints and all the time nothing was done, until we had previous tent telling us they had the same issues with the land lord and the estate agent . I feel like they didn’t care and the worse thing was when we got racially remarks from the estate agent . I have 3 kids and now they suffer from asthma and back cough . We are now in the process of taking it further. It’s a shame renting is hard and to get got landlord and estate agents who are not willing to help it’s even hard everyone is in it for the money.
