My request has been very successful. Nothing was too much trouble and the request has been handled in the most professional way. In my experience this estate agent really care and do all they possibly can to help their clients!

Dean Speer gave me good advice about what needed to be done to make the unit more marketable and Jonathan Colquhoun liaised with the new tenants and made the whole process run smoothly. Well done M and M!
16th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)Pitch at the start to make us choose them was good. From the time we signed it was awful. Communication was non existent, never called to promote properties to us which means they didn’t do this for ours to others. We had to rewrite and reorder the advert to ensure it was correct. Don’t have premium service with rightmove to make properties stand out. Only 2 viewings in 12 weeks when other properties in the area were selling in days. I wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone!

Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. We first met Matt who understood our requirements & provided a great selection of properties to view in the area. Dan then guided us through our purchase and was fantastic from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, he was extremely professional & personable. He communicated with us constantly throughout the process and provided sensible & pragmatic advice. He went above and beyond and has been brilliant. We would highly recommend Dan and the Boatwrights team. A big thankyou to all at Boatwrights.

Jamie and Faye were particularly helpful during a difficult & lengthy exchange (Due to issues with our vendor). The sale advert was also very professional and included a house video tour for no extra cost. Very reasonable rates, wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.
