19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We appointed Sam Daniels at Knight Frank Bath to sell our house after meeting several local agents, and he proved to be an excellent choice.<br><br>From the outset, Sam was exceptionally well prepared. He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.<br><br>One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.<br><br>The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.

Then having not secured a single offer said the only way to sell the property would be to go to auction!

We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.- 15th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Selling your home and biggest asset is such a rollercoaster of emotions that it really helps to have estate agents who you can trust.<br><br>I found the Kingstons team at Melksham to be thoroughly professional, knowledgable, and realistic (but never pessimistic -even when I felt a bit frustrated) about the market. They also grasped my individual circumstances and what my priorities were in terms speed of sale, price and so on.<br><br>I had complete confidence in Charlotte conducting viewings, Izzy was always on the ball with updates and following up queries, and Callum helpfully stepped in to negotiate price.<br><br>Communication was consistently great. No matter who picked up the phone when I rang the branch, they were up to date on status of my property. And even though mine was a one-bed flat, I never felt 'bottom of the pile'.<br><br>I personally didn't fancy researching local conveyancing solicitors so also asked them for suggestions (which they gave without a hint of a sales pitch) and chose a firm they had worked with a lot and who also turned out to be great (albeit not the cheapest option, but my priority was less stress and valuing speed and efficiency)<br><br>Overall, an excellent service from a very approachable and effective team. Thank you.
