We're first time sellers, so we were grateful for their extra guidance especially during a turbulent housing market. After a slow-ish start (mainly due to factors outside of our control), HF secured us a final offer we were really happy with. For various reasons we've decided not to sell yet, but look forward to working with them again next spring.

His communication via email has been perfect, clear and honest and really helpful - when he did a viewing with us he was giving just the right amount of information. Sadly someone made an offer on the house we wanted to buy before we were in the position to do so - but he let us know straight away . And is on the look out for similar properties for us.

Their approach is subtle rather than pushy! And the recent sale bagged us a better price (even with a reduction) than other agents even valued the house at. I would recommend them without hesitation.

1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We found Charlotte and her team absolutely brilliant. Totally professional. We are moving to WIltshire from out of area and this adds to the already difficult process of viewing potential houses. However, Charlotte and Olivia went totally out of their way to help us, even coming in on a day off to enable a viewing. Charlotte never had her phone off!! Although we never purchased through Paxtons, I would absolutely not hesitate to either purchase or sell through them. Thank you all very much. My purchase was handled by Ben Clinch who showed good knowledge and experience. An agency that has a good property portfolio and who were easy to get in touch with throughout the process and post completion. I would recommend Kingstons.

A truly 5-star experience! ?????- 2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)We put our house on market with A&H Westbury in October 2025 and we were not aware of the turmoil in our chain until late in April 2026 reflecting a disgraceful lack of communication; the chain collapsed and we were left bereft; it is apparent that management within the Branch was changed some 6 weeks ago because communication suddenly greatly improved, advice on re marketing was excellent and we now have a new buyer and full confidence in the team headed by Isaac S. Now we can relax !!

30th May 2026 (21 days ago)I don't understand why you phoned me and took all my information, only to still ask me to call you to book a viewing because you can't be bothered to check your emails. I specifically told you to auto-book me for a viewing if a property becomes available. Within five minutes of me getting a notification about a property, it's already gone. It seems like viewings were pre-booked. Also, I can see that you reported this as a fake review to Google. You have no shame in lying. You must be dreaming if you think this review will disappear.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.- 23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)“Excellent service from start to finish.
