23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I recently popped in for a chat with Adam Scott, the branch manager, and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. We talked a lot about some amazing new build projects in Frome and Cooper & Tanner's involvement in marketing those. He was helpful, friendly and knows his stuff. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

27th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)We are buying a property and will say that the staff are very professional and helpful. They are always willing to either provide or find out relevant information requested. They know the properties being sold and this shows during viewings. We are dealing with Ella and can honestly say that nothing seems too much of a bother for her. Has a lovely manner and always responds quickly with information when asked and always provides updates.

25th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Sold our house with Kingstons, working with Ben H. Ben was absolutely brilliant and definitely earned their rates. It was a tumultuous process that took far longer than it should have, but Kingstons were absolutely first class throughout the process. Made sure our buyers were okay by keeping them in the loop and ensuring transparency, regularly "reminded" solicitors to do their jobs, and were always friendly and accommodating. You read a lot of negative stuff about Estate Agents and I have to say that Kingstons absolutely smashed it and would gladly work with them again.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!
8th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)A last minute viewing of a property was arranged by Alyssia Norman, who escorted us around herself, answering all our questions (obviously well prepped on the house itself) and giving us excellent information of the local area & events.<br>It was a total surprise to us that she was a new addition to the agency - her enthusiasm and professionalism as a Sales Negotiator was really impressive.<br>Thank you so much.

From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, informative, and always available, with quick and clear communication at every stage. They were especially proactive in regularly chasing solicitors on our behalf, which made a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful and uncertain process. Most importantly, they kept us fully informed every step of the way, so we were never left wondering what was happening next. Their communication and support were outstanding, helping to drive things forward and keep everything moving smoothly. 29th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.
