She was very supportive and encouraging, always efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff, including Linda and Jeremy himself. I would thoroughly recommend Jeremy Jenkins for your sale or purchase, you will not regret it.

We have been looking at properties with Davies and Davies' Bradford-on-Avon office staff for some time and they have always been professional and positive. It's great to do business with such nice people. Thank you to Renee, Natalia, Charlee, Harrison, Helen and Sapphire. This branch of Davies and Davies is highly recommended.
23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I recently popped in for a chat with Adam Scott, the branch manager, and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. We talked a lot about some amazing new build projects in Frome and Cooper & Tanner's involvement in marketing those. He was helpful, friendly and knows his stuff. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Ollie offered clear answers, prompt updates, and genuine advice. He chased solicitors and coordinated tradespeople when needed- keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. He's a fantastic communicator and great representative of the Hunter French team. We would happily trust Ollie to handle any future sales or purchases on our behalf.... Ben was absolutely brilliant and definitely earned their rates. It was a tumultuous process that took far longer than it should have, but Kingstons were absolutely first class throughout the process. Made sure our buyers were okay by keeping them in the loop and ensuring transparency, regularly "reminded" solicitors to do their jobs, and were always friendly and accommodating. You read a lot of negative stuff about Estate Agents and I have to say that Kingstons absolutely smashed it and would gladly work with them again.

Both Justin and Jon have exceptional knowledge of the local area and are very honest and fair with their valuations and our expectations. Great communications from start to finish. Justin and Jon were both available to answer questions and give sound advice. We recommend them very highly and would definitely use Justin Hunter estate agents again. Thank you Justin and Jon for a stress free house sale.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.
