22nd May 2024 (1 year ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.
9th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)We found Keenans to be very professional and helpful from the start. Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time. This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted. Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed. Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.
2nd Apr 2026 (2 days ago)Completed on a property through Sutton Kersh with no issues and a very speedy process which took less than 5 months. Considering the experiences i've had with other agents taking a minimum of 6 months usually being due to lack of communications and minimal updates I am very impressed. Responses are great, if you can't reach by. phone, emails are responded to fast. In particular Debbie Doyle has been very helpful through the whole process and made my experience as stress free as possible. Definitely recommend

Such a great team, all very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble and they will do anything possible to help you. It is always a pleasure to work with Regenncy Estates
28th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)My wife and I have relied on Eafield and Maple for many years as Letting Agents for two of our properties in Blackburn and Darwen. We have always been thoroughly delighted with the service that we have received from Libby and Paul. As such, we had no hesitation in asking them to act as Estate Agents for the sale of a flat in Blackburn. Thanks to their efforts and initiative, the flat was sold subject to contract within a couple of days and they handled the subsequent sale procedures superbly. The sale of the property is now complete. They were both very prompt in responding to our queries and were unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending Libby and Paul of Eafield and Maple and we will certainly continue to use them in the future as required.

Communication from Phillipa has been 10/10 at every stage. I would highly recommend Keenans to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property.
5th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

We received an offer and sold in less than 24 hours?????? We appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the process via a watsapp group and were always willing to help any time of the day. Their customer service was ?????? per cent and we felt well taken care of from start to finish and finally A fixed cost so we knew exactly what we had to pay.
