22nd May 2024 (10 mo. ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

The team made the whole process really seamless for us, providing great communication throughout, and their clear reporting of progress and regular updates was valued. This was my second time using MovingWorks, and both times I have found their whole approach to be top quality, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Great team of people working there. Could not recommend more highly. Update - the purchase of my new property has gone through. Kieran was our point of contact and I cannot thank him enough, he went above and beyond throughout the whole process.
25th Feb 2025 (29 days ago)Made an enquiry a few days ago on a property. Wanted to arrange a viewing, was told I will get a callback. Got a callback today and instead of arranging the booking, got told about 7 different ways I’d get charged if I got outbid on the property for different fees by Megan. Not even seen the house yet let alone make an offer. Not sure if the staff know how a house purchase process works if I’m honest.

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! Happy landlord
23rd Dec 2024 (13 weeks ago)Give one star, so I can leave a review, but honestly, H2Homes are a nightmare to deal with. The tenant destroyed my property smash two windows, doors were damage, and no rent was paid. I spoke to Fatima and the team who are completely unhelpful and a waste of time. I will definitely not use H2Homes again. Avoid all costs.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From organising a viewing to receiving our keys our process was made so much easier due to consistent help, advice and reassurance. The team are super friendly and were always happy to answer our questions. We can thank you enough for the help on making our first time purchase!

From start to finish they we professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They provided a thorough valuation quickly showing a specific interest in my property rather than a generic one size fits all approach, they explained the reasoning behind the valuation as well as their proposed approach to marketing the property and achieving the best possible value for me. They were not pushy with me to try and persuade me to market my property with them and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Within 2 days of the property going live they had arranged numerous accompanied viewings with the same person who had valued the house and had the best knowledge of its features. Less than a week later the sale was agreed and they had put me in contact with a solicitor to carry out the conveyancing. Throughout the sale process they have kept me in the loop and always been available to answer my questions and offer advice and explanations. Overall I'm very please with the service they've provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family
