30th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)I highly recommend WW Estates Agents. We dealt with the Bolton Junction office. All their staff were a pleasure to deal with. Right from the off they understood our needs and met our expectations. The sale took a while as an earlier buyer withdrew but WW quickly found another buyer. We achieved our asking price. WW handled all the viewings and kept us and our solicitors regularly updated.

After having a nightmare with previous estate agents I was worried they were all the same, however since I put an application in for a rental with brontes, Sam got straight in touch with me and she’s been easy to communicate with since, so friendly and made the whole experience so easy. 10/10.

1st Oct 2024 (22 days ago)Karan was very disrespectful and unprofessional bringing up her leak in the ceiling. I did not get my desired idealistic property. Due to her being a Karan. Black hearted like the rest of them… Avoid using this letting agency at all measures. I’m certain if I had gone with any other letting agency they would have got me in the property. I felt belittled and threatened by her attitude towards me & I’m convinced that she didn’t try her best to explain my savings to the landlord or my start date for my job. I am now left homeless. When I start work in 2 weeks time. With no place to keep my bike. Stop removing my review. As I have been nothing but factual and honest about my experience.

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I am grateful to GetAgent for putting me in touch with Yourmove in Keighley. Yourmove provided an exceptional service, I was kept informed of updates and a buyer was secured in good time. 24th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)Horrible person to deal with, turned up late, looked like he was drunk and agitated. While he was showing me the apartment, he was very rude to me and asked to borrow my phone as his had run out of battery. Very unprofessional. Buyers beware.

7th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

27th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)Having appointed Enfields Wharfedale on a joint agency basis to sell 2 large, newly refurbished luxury homes, Andrew completed both the sales and ensured any questions, complications and queries were dealt with efficiently and the deals done. Their marketing, use of CGIs and viewings were also first rate. Would 100% recommend them. 5 stars!
