8th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

9th Dec 2019 (4 years ago)In this ever uncertain market it can be difficult and daunting to sell a property, especially when your circumstances dictate the sale more than your intentions to sell. However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I am grateful to GetAgent for putting me in touch with Yourmove in Keighley. Yourmove provided an exceptional service, I was kept informed of updates and a buyer was secured in good time. All the staff at Yourmove in Keighley were very helpful and very understanding. I would highly recommend GetAgent and Yourmove in Keighley! Thank you again Yourmove, great service and advice!
29th May 2021 (2 years ago)This is the worst estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to suffer. I made offers over the asking price and three weeks later I have not any reply. Avoid these people at all costs.

2nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)We didn’t sell, we removed our house from the market. Nothing to do with the estate agent, but all to do with the interest rate rises and property price drops. We will put our house back on the market in the autumn

19th Apr 2024 (4 days ago)A property is up for sale on the Day and Co's website. I made an enquiry to view via email, yesterday lunch time. Today, I received a phone call at lunchtime, to say that the property is no longer available. They have accepted an offer. It's now 3pm the following day and the property is still available for sale on their website. If the vendor has accepted an offer, they need to mark it as such on their website and stop wasting people's time. On the phone, I wasn't convinced that they where telling me the truth, to be honest. They mumbled and kept getting their tongue in a twist. The same happened when they left a message on my answer phone. Mumbling and getting their tongue in a twist. But claimed that it was a different female on the answer phone. Both sounded exactly the same. They have all my details from when I sent them an email yesterday but I will call and ask them to take me of their register. I'm registered with other agencies that I have a lot more confidence in. Day and co. does not give me confidence. They might be better in lettings. I don't know.

Still have property, ceiling is falling in in kitchen, taps don't work, damp in house, told landlord over and over and over again and nothing is getting done. So taking the matter further now as Jigsaw and the house landlord are showing they ain't interested in how it's effective on my health or wellbeing. Solicitor and newspapers are next step.

28th Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)I recently sold a property through Righthaus. I had 3 prospective buyers 2 of which did not go through for different reasons. They got a good amount of viewings unlike another local estate agent who hardly got any viewings for the same property. It sold for just under the valuation price but a good price never the less. Thank you to Amanpreet for keeping on top of things & keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale and for doing a sterling job! I would recommend Righthaus to anyone wanting to sell or buy & would use them again if needed.

We went to view a property today, called ahead to tell them we were going to be 10 mins late and were told by Jasmine she would call the person on site and let us know if this was not Okay. Arrived (8mins late) and noone at the property. Called the office spoke to Jasmine again who said the person doing the viewing had left... they hadn't called us back to tell us and then said "who was it you spoke to?" She had clearly put the phone down and completely forgotten. An hour and a half round trip wasted due to incompetence.

13th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
