I recently sold my rental property and I was seriously impressed with the knowledge and advice provided by Chris, all delivered with a personal touch. Once the property was ready to market, Chris and the team secured a number of offers within a couple of weeks, and again, he was always available to provide advice on which offer to accept. Throughout the sale process Chris and Jade kept me informed along the way, ensuring the whole transaction went through smoothly. I can’t recommend them enough - great value for money!

Particularly close to completion, there are delay upon completion. Becky and the team at Miller Metcalfe were really supportive. Becky was on the top of the case, chasing the matter and informing even before the conveyancing. Never had this level of service from estate agents before. Becky was above and beyond. Thanks very much to Becky and the team. Can’t wait to do more business with Miller Metcalfe.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)Imagine going through a horrific crime and assault and then being kicked out because it “looks bad” to have the police over to take an account of what happened. Not only was my friend in a vulnerable position already but to be kicked out over something that wasn’t her fault is absolutely disgusting. If i could rate lower than 1 star i would. Oh and you decided to give the deposit back to the wrong person causing further harm to my friend’s wellbeing.

They took the time to understand my unique situation and provided valuable guidance and support throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of the local market was exceptional, and they were able to provide me with accurate and up-to-date information that helped me make informed decisions. Throughout the sale process, the estate agent was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had. They were proactive in their communication, keeping me informed of any developments and ensuring that everything was on track for a successful sale. 5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
