17th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)I have rented through two previous estate agents and it was definitely third time lucky with Burns and Reid, never had any issues, the one time I needed a minor repair in the property it was delt with the same day. I can't recommend them highly enough, they could definitely teach other estate agents how to do the job in a professional and caring manner.

17th Apr 2025 (2 days ago)Diana and the team were very responsive, always came back to me promptly and kept me up to date with the viewings booked in, how they went and the status of the offers. Northwood were cheaper than a couple of other estate agents I tried but I settled on Northwood due to their responsiveness and the service they provided. Their valuation of the property was also lower than the other estate agents but after discussing this, they agreed to put the property on at the slightly higher value and we achieved the sale price quickly.
3rd Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Karen Ritchie Estates, Bolton We sold our house very quickly with Karen Richie and we are delighted with every aspect of the sale. Karen and her professional team know the house sale industry inside out. They always manage to get the best possible price for her clients this is our third time we have used them and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Michelle is an excellent professional salesperson, outstanding in our opinion and there were excellent regular updates from Chloe. All in all Karen and her team are the best Estate Agents in Bolton. Our advice is don’t go anywhere else than Karen Ritchie Estates Bolton
23rd Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)We had our first appointment with Andrew from countrywide mortgage services at Entwistle Green, Bolton back in May. We were warmly welcomed by Bridget to begin with. Our whole experience with the branch has been just brilliant and we cannot fault them. Andrew, our mortgage adviser, had been incredible, Bridget arranged to show us around the house at short notice and went out of her way. Chris, the branch manager, kept us updated and chased things up for us, as did Hayley before leaving. Matthew was also fantastic on the viewings we had with him and was really informative. We completed on our house purchase yesterday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Entwistle Green, Bolton.

These guys are professional couteous and know the local area and market so well. I would not hesitate to recomend them. In fact I would not use any other agent in my future house transactions. They are by far the best agents we have ever used. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all so very much xxxx
6th Apr 2025 (13 days ago)Arc helped us sell our property in Hindley and they were fantastic throughout the entire process. Can’t recommend them enough! We chose Arc because Dawn was really knowledgable about properties in the area, and they valued our home more accurately than other estate agents. They also took brilliant photos and videos which really helped our house sell, and we accepted an offer within just a few weeks of going live (over Christmas too!) Angela and the team were honestly more helpful than our solicitors the whole way through – I wouldn’t go with anyone else.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)I can only say the team at Redman Casey are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure that everything they can do is done to help you buy or sell a property. A 10 out of 10 service. I recently purchased a property and they were the estate agents who were selling it. They went out of their way to help myself, keeping in regular contact with both me and my solicitor helping in anyway possible. I can highly recommend them.

The first 2 years were brilliant but once COVID hit, it felt that it was difficult to please these people. We were always respectful but seemed that we didn’t get much respect back. Luckily we worked in the legal sector and had friends that were real estate agents that gave us lots of advice. Some of the staff were unpleasant and threatened us with notice, with no prior warnings. They are intimidating and one particular staff member would make ridiculous comments about where I placed my candles, and not to put washing on the radiators etc. The owner was extremely rude to my partner, to which they later apologised for when we brought it up, but this was only after holding a meeting with them due to their unprofessional manners and notice threats with no prior warnings. Please be wary, we were brilliant tenants and kept the place spotless and reported any issues we had. We felt like we were being watched as we lived next door to Copelands, it wasn’t a great feeling. I regularly cleaned the communal top floor hall way and stairs as this wasn’t managed by Copelands, or atleast not regular.

We used them for both our sale and purchase of our new home. 10/10 service and couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend using these for anyone looking to sell or buy.
