13th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Kendrick Property Service is horrible.The most horrible and pathetic Property service that I have ever come across. Any opportunity that you get to go with another agency in Brighton definitely go for them and AVOID these people at all costs. They came into my house without my permission and I asked one of their "proffessional" staff over the phone how many people came into my home without my knowldge and she replied "I dont know" very nonchalantly. I asked to speak to a manager because the phone call was going nowhere. The manager was even more unprofessional and was exremely rude to me. ive been struggling With a mold problem and they dont fix any thing. I was threatned over the phone. Any international students or anyone coming from different countries stay away from them they are very racist. They are unprofessional and will do nothing to help you if you have a problem.

Their patience, wealth of information, and constant support eased what could have been a stressful process. Their professionalism, combined with their friendly manner, made working with them a pleasure. We are so grateful for their help and look forward to working with King and Chasemore again when it's time to sell. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were unlike any estate agents we've used in the past.

10th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I rented through Belvoir Brighton, whilst I was waiting for the sale of a house to go through. Therefore actually only occupied the flat for three months of the six month fixed period. Firstly I would say that many of the faults with the flat that I detailed were not addressed despite me making a formal complaint, and some of these were electrical. However, my biggest complaint is that after I moved out after three months, Belvoir said they would rent it out again and some money could be given back to me. I wasn't expecting much. However in the next three months the property wasn't rented out, meaning that I lost around £5,000 in rent. However as soon as my contract was complete, miraculously the flat got rented out straight away. Either it took three months for Belvoir to rent the flat out, which is hardly a recommendation to any landlord, or they really didn't try to rent it out for three months, and they were misleading me. Either is hardly a recommendation of their services. The only reason I did not give one star was because I got my full deposit back without much trouble, but the flat was immaculate when I left it. However, in summary, I would not recommend them.

Despite Lextons representing the Vendors our interactions with Josh and Tara were always met with professionalism and fairness. They both persevered throughout the process to ensure a positive outcome for their clients and ourselves as the buyers. Throughout the process they were both effective communicators and resilient with challenges which they worked towards overcoming. We would consider using Lextons as our agents should we be looking to sell our current property in the future. Thanks Josh and Tara.

From each step of the sale they were faultless with their communication (via email & telephone calls), it's very rare these days to experience this level of customer service. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgable, extremely helpful and great at staying in touch and keeping me updated. Even when someone lower down the chain caused some delays he really helped to resolve the issues and remained patient and positive throughout, which made me have the same outlook. Whether you’re selling or buying I would highly recommend Heb without hesitation!! Excellent 10/10 ????
