24th Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)Had to chase up for feedback after every viewing; it was never provided unprompted. Had to chase twice when floorplan was wrong on Rightmove. Had to ask multiple times (and appeared to be ignored) when at end of the contract I asked for our property to be taken off the market. Property not sold by end of contract and switched to an alternative estate agent.

During our first chat, it was clear that he offered good advice based on solid experience and knowledge. We soon had lots of viewings followed by a successful sale. My wife and I appreciated all the advice and guidance given. The communication with the staff was first class, particularly Emma who always kept us up to date and pushed things along for us. We appreciated the approach and professionalism of all the staff, and with their help and that of their recommendations for a solicitor, we are now getting settled in our new home since moving around 3 weeks ago.
