Like all house purchases it had its challenges and Martin dealt with these with total professionalism working as a honest broker between me and his client. 28th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

8th May 2021 (2 years ago)Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell! Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews. Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed. You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service! We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money. We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out. Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.
24th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Warning to all sellers. If you believe that time is money which is something that you cannot buy, then DO NOT use Urban&Rural. GetAgent recommended me Alexander Lawrence and Urban&Rural when I decided to sell my house. Fortunately, I did my own searching to counter check which was the best safe hands. I made the right choice of Alexander Lawrence; took me only 2 weeks time from valuation to sold, STD with a resonable satisfactory price. Otherwise, I would fall into the "play games" of Urban&Rural when my house was on market. I recognised the "play games" when I became a homebuyer who gave offers and requested for viewings. The manager presented to me that he was very keen to help in the negotiation process initially over the phone. However, when the offers were not what he agreed with, he told me that the sellers did not reply or he just kept me waiting. If sellers using Urban&Rural found that your houses have not been given any offer after being on the market for more then a week, I would suggest you to market you houses with the second estate agent, no more sole agent, and you would know how well Urban&Rural is sinerely performing for the sellers' sake.

23rd Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Joanne has been outstanding with her communication throughout. She was the spokeswoman for me and my buyer. As this is the first time I have sold a property she advised me what to do and when. Joanne spoke with solicitors as and when it was appropriate. She kept me informed and the process moving forwards. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to other house sellers. NB: Charge below is +VAT

27th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)I cannot find fault with any aspect of my experience with Blue Sky whilst selling my property. I had to sell the property due to my brother dying and Blue Sky were the only Estates Agents I had round to value the property who actually gave me the valuation and then left me to grieve, all the others were constantly bombarding me with phones calls, chasing to see if I was ready to sell. Blue Sky have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, constantly keeping me updated with everything that was happening and also guiding me on the areas of selling I didn't know. I would definately recommend Juliette, Sue, Nicola and the rest of the team to anyone
