We had plenty of viewings arranged by them & had an offer within a week of being on the market which was great. We thought that the team were all really friendly and had excellent communication, such as having regularly email updates without us chasing which we really appreciated. Tanya and Grace were great throughout & helped us in ensuring we completed on time! We would definitely recommend Edison Ford.

Moving with a young family can feel overwhelming - like running a marathon with a sprint at the end! But over the past nine months, Ben and the entire team remained consistently engaged, supportive, and reassuring. I rarely leave Google reviews - in fact, this might be my first in 20 years! - but Emma and I felt compelled to highlight just how much we valued their work and effort. If we could leave a sixth star, we absolutely would. Thank you again.

13th Jan 2025 (14 weeks ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
