The most stress free house move due to great online pictures and a very quick sale (they secured an offer over asking price) and updates throughout the whole process from offer to completion. Would definitely recommend.

(41 reviews)14th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Disappointed, impossible to get an answer quick enough so keep missing out on properties. Have struggled to find a property in Cardiff and when I do and contact the agents they take too long to answer/will not pass all the details I put forward to the landlords.
18th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

25th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Communication wasn't the easiest, and I often didn't hear from them for weeks. When I rang and asked to be called back, it took four or five days to get a response. I was never really sure what their marketing strategy was, apart from the usual online listings, so I didn't know to how to move forward when it wasn't selling. It outcome wasn't successful, although I know the market is difficult at the moment.
13th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Fantastic estate agents, we rented with Micheal Jones over the span of a year and never had any faults with them, from the initial interaction, viewing and move in procedures we knew we were in great hands. Over the course of our tenancy they would occasionally pop by to make sure we were happy and comfortable in the property, however not too often to make us feel uncomfortable. After our tenancy finished they were super patient and helpful in regards to allowing us time to sort ourselves out, I would happily rent through their agency again. I could not speak anymore highly of them. 5 stars all around ??????????
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

From the ‘sneak peeks’ on Facebook, the Facebook live viewing all the way through to completion, Nic and the rest of the Northwood team were incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Northwood!

12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Have been renting our properties with property direct for at least10 years now. I can honestly say they are one of the better if not best agents to deal with in cardiff.Proffessional and promt and always looking at ways to help the landlords aswell as the tennants!
2nd May 2024 (1 day ago)In comparison with other agents, the valuation was quite a bit higher and the price achieved was spot on with what other agents said. It therefore took longer to sell but otherwise they provided a good service.

At all stages of the repair we were grateful for the competence and thoroughness with which it was organised. Now that the repair has been successfully completed we would like to thank Mr Arigi for his support and competence throughout.
