Being a first time landlord with no idea on how to get started renting my property, they were and have continued to be super informative, supportive and always on hand to reassure & answer any questions I have. Even when the pressure was on with a tenant leaving early, they somehow managed to find a new tenant & have contracts signed within 24hrs of listing. Outstanding service from the team! Since now I am working with them and they helped me a move into good property. I will thank all the staffs there specially Ms Sirin Ali and Ms Hannah Green for their great help to go through this journey. Great to work with them and the best thing about them is their incredible support and behaviour.

Claire (Williams) was also very effective progressing my sale. They both engaged with ne fully and no query was too small. Really pleased with communications throughout. Thank you both immensely for making my sale as stress free as possible. I thoroughly recommend Northwood, especially Carys and Claire. Thanks again, Emma

16th Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)We have only been at Lettings angels since July, however they have been brilliant so far! As soon as we report something they’re at the house straight away to fix it, have replaced old mattresses for us and any other requests we’ve had- they’re so on it! The girls at the office are so friendly, so would definitely recommend to anyone who is uncertain about what landlord to go for next year!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

A huge thank you to Deborah who took was so supportive through the purchase, always quick to reply to emails and just so helpful throughout. I also spoke to David a few times and he was also very helpful each time. I'm so grateful for everything you did to help from viewing to completion. Thank you so much!
19th May 2025 (1 day ago)During consideration of putting my property on sale I ensured that due diligence into whom I would be using as estate agent was a priority. This is why I chose Number 1 estate agents as my representative. I was extremely pleased with the photography and the advertisements online and the huge demographic area where my property would be presented. I congratulate Dee who has managed to get a buyer in an extremely short space of time and her support during the sale process. I have in the past used other well know agencies and to be brutally honest they were nowhere near the standard of Dee my agent and also Number One Real Estates. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is looking to sell their house

Once again Martin & Co live up to expectations in their area of expertise, managing to secure a sale in record time for my property where another agent wasn't able to. Henry and Astrid were both great to work with and got everything done with no fuss - and act as a great bridge between buyer and seller. Highly recommend.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
