1st Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)I cant recommend Hentons enough. Professional, polite, knowledgable and patient- Rhys and the team were simply fantastic throughout the sale and purchase process. If you want to buy or sell a property, speak to Hentons first.
1st Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have to say how impressed we are with everything that is Northover & Williamson. Extremely professional, informative small team of staff, who look after you from sale right through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they handled our purchase with ease. At times, due to a lengthy chain, there were stressfull challenges along the way, but Abi & Olivia were simply unflappable, and guided us through the journey, like seasoned professionals. It was a pleasure chatting, on every occasion. Thank you so very much from Gay and Colin Williams.
18th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

I am waiting for my money, they are not answering to the phone-Ryan Meredith never available. I will open a case on the court, hopefully I will get my money back!

From the ‘sneak peeks’ on Facebook, the Facebook live viewing all the way through to completion, Nic and the rest of the Northwood team were incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Northwood!

If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member. From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional. You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

They are a dedicated team, whereas, other agents lack the motivation to push the message out. They are very knowledgable in relation to the property markets, and as this is their sole business, and not belonging to a corporate office, this drives their passion to be successful in achieving and end result, whether in sales or lettings. Ashleigh and Conrad are very approachable and understanding in a clients needs, as well as offering the best advise regarding direction, movement and protocol regarding managing the property. I believe and trust the Barry team to deliver the best service one would expect from a property agent. You may try the rest, but, I advise to try the best! First!.
5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
