23rd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)We needed to sell our flat at Victoria Wharf. Karan had a wealth of experience with the development having sold her own properties there. Our apartment was put on the market quickly and the sales details attracted buyers very soon afterwards. We had a full asking price offer after 2 days. Although the sales process was slow due to circumstances outside Karan's control, she kept us updated and helped where possible. She was proactive, responsive and gave good advice throughout the process. We finally completed and were happy with our experience with Harry Harper Sales & Lettings

He emailed repeatedly for confirmation and called as soon as they opened to confirm. This seems incredibly unprofessional. I sympathize with the girl on the phone because she seemed genuinely apologetic, but 9 minutes before a scheduled showing is insane.- 17th Sep 2024 (17 days ago)These estate agents seem to naturally want to push the market rather than seek a quick sale. From the first virtual viewing to signing the lease, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. Rhys was very friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. He made the entire process stress-free and straightforward, ensuring that I found the perfect place that met all my needs. The flat was exactly as described, and the move-in process was smooth and well-organized. Their service is truly five-star and would personally like to thank Rhys for his excellent service and help throughout the tenancy!

16th Sep 2024 (18 days ago)David’s Homes and specifically Sean has been absolutely amazing over the past two years we rented with them. I feel incredibly lucky to have had Sean as my estate agent, he has been helpful, supporting, efficient and highly communicative throughout our entire tenancy and I have never been left in the dark once by him or by David’s Homes. Every little issue we had was sorted promptly and we were always kept informed with what was going on. One time there was an issue with the shower that caused the electrics to trip, Sean had me on the phone with an electrician within the hour and we had power restored and the shower repaired the same day! I honestly can’t say enough good things about David’s Homes, but if you’re looking for a new estate agents, I can’t recommend anyone more than I recommend these lovely folks.

The communication throughout gave us confidence and the whole experience felt that it was more than just transactional. Will definitely be recommending Number One.
2nd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

11th Sep 2024 (23 days ago)WAYNE! Honestly this man is an absolute angel! We viewed so many houses over the course of a few months, multiple with Wayne. Every viewing he was professional, informative and kind! We finally found our dream house and Wayne did everything and more to ensure a seamless purchase journey! He was at the end of the phone day or night and reassured us whenever we were feeling anxious. If we ever decide to sell, Wayne (and nick) will be the guys we go to! Thank you again both, it was an absolute pleasure! When the renovations are done, there’s a cold glass of bubbly waiting for you both in our fridge!
