23rd Aug 2024 (20 days ago)We needed to sell our flat at Victoria Wharf. Karan had a wealth of experience with the development having sold her own properties there. Our apartment was put on the market quickly and the sales details attracted buyers very soon afterwards. We had a full asking price offer after 2 days. Although the sales process was slow due to circumstances outside Karan's control, she kept us updated and helped where possible. She was proactive, responsive and gave good advice throughout the process. We finally completed and were happy with our experience with Harry Harper Sales & Lettings

I would highly recommend them for their range of properties at affordable prices and their team of friendly informative staff who helped immensely. Fantastic service.

From the start Andrew was polite and professional with experience and a huge amount of market knowledge. We went from enquiry, to a valuation, to a live listing within days! Andrew was honest about the current market and gave us a realistic valuation. We were delighted to sell 6 weeks later! Vicky managed the majority of our viewings. Her knowledge of the area was great and the feedback she provided after each viewing was really thorough. The communication from both Vicky and Andrew has been great with no question being too small. They really have been a huge support in the process so a big thank you from us.

10th Sep 2024 (2 days ago)First part of viewing and putting an offer in was great. But after that point it was like anothrr estate agents an help, support and replys to messages were slow and painful. Also interesting to know other people who purchased using you got a welcome parcel but we just got a call telling us the keys were in the garage and then a property that was in a discussing state and it took two days to get it to a state to be lived in. Things were left in cupboards - you guys were not interested and just washed your hands of us and the property and said go talk to your solicitor.
15th Aug 2024 (28 days ago)I met Andy by chance whilst he was valuing a neighbours property in May 2024. I was in the final stages of renovating our property ready for sale and hadn't contacted any estate agents, Following a brief conversation, I asked Andy to value our property and continue with marketing it. It was evident that he had a positive sales approach which would benefit both parties A very efficient and prompt service was experienced with several viewings and an offer accepted within the first week. During the period prior to completion, communication was regular and clear as to what was required. We completed last week and the neighbouring property is also SSTC. I would use Andy/Moving You again with no hesitation.

Wayne was very knowledgeable about all properties he showed us and gave us honest thoughts about each one. The solicitors and mortgage advisor Wayne recommended we’re also very helpful and lead to a quick and stress free sale. Would definitely recommend Wayne as first time buyers he helped us every step of the way.
