We went to view a house with them and they sent us a form to fill where we gave all our details,this was after the viewing, but this people never got back to us. We kept calling to atleast update us on the house whether successful or not and they promised to give us a call with feedback but they never did. Their customer service and feedback is nothing to write home about. They really do not care but you guys can aspire to do better. Cheers

4th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

20th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Despite promises of being two people to run our open house, it felt like they sent the office junior who knew nothing about the property, and seemed to be nothing more than a glorified doorman. This meant that out of 20 viewing (and being assured of getting “7 or 8 offers well over the asking price” we had just two- one well below the offers over price. From there, the communication was practically non existent unless we done the chasing. We had used a different branch of theirs before who I would rate 5 star, but Colchester high street branch was terrible this time. Our final thoughts was that the house was undersold on the day, and awful communication.

We have always found them very proffesional with all aspects of managing properties. Ben Wilde is the senior partner who makes sure his team of staff who have been with him for a long while offer a quick response to any problem that may occur whilst the property is being managed by them. They were beyond understanding and accommodating when things went wrong multiple times and didn't end up getting to view the place before moving in, but I really felt like their work ensured that I wasn't getting any less in terms of service. Thank you especially to Samantha who was so kind and waited for me to get my cat up to Colchester by train after my movers let me down twice. She is such a kind, lovely person to have been in contact with for this, and I wish her all the best!

The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. Charlie Coe organised a van and he and Luke came to my house to collect the items. It was not a straightforward collection and involved Charlie and Luke having to dismantle some items. They did this willingly and successfully. I was impressed by their dedication to doing the job to the best of their ability; in fact they went beyond what I had expected of them. Thank you Charlie and Luke.

He has been fantastic from the very start and he has always gone above and beyond for us. Really friendly, helpful and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Communication with Rob or any of his colleagues at Nicholas Percival whether it was face to face, via the telephone or email has always been polite, knowledgable and in a very timely manner. We hope this will be our forever home, so won't require the services of Nicholas Percival but will be sure to recommend to any friends or family needing such services. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. The property owner, with their kindness and cooperative nature, made my stay exceptionally pleasant. The overall environment of the house was serene and calming. The peacefulness enveloped me, allowing me to unwind after long days. Moreover, the neighborhood itself contributed significantly to my positive experience. It was a community where friendly faces greeted me, and where safety and cleanliness were evident. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental property. With its kind owner, serene atmosphere, and excellent neighborhood, it deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating.
24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Bond estates overall is a fantastic letting agency, however Jayne Inparticularly is fantastic. Jayne was kind, friendly and professional from the first viewing to completion of our application. She ensured everything was dealt with on time and communicated this to us on a consistent basis. Although we did run into a few issues along the way, this was of no fault of bonds (or Jayne) Jayne did her very best to work with us to help us secure this property as soon as possible. A letting agent I would and will highly recommend.

26th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)1 star is too kind. Absurdly unprofessional and rude company. The lettings staff I spoke to was completely disinterested in helping, when I mentioned I wanted to cancel a viewing I had booked due to finding another property with many more desired amenities for the same cost. The lettings agent became defensive and hostile, rather than promoting other properties available to let, which I only found out after pressing. I mentioned some of my personal information and she literally said she didn't care because she had other viewings, at which point I promptly said how unprofessional and ridiculous the attitude was and bit her good day. I am glad to not be working with a company like this, and putting my trust in people that, for lack of a better description, could not care less.
