8th Dec 2025 (9 weeks ago)Came to Bairstow Eves by chance thanks to the timely arrival of a marketing email. We are so pleased we sold with them. From the first visit from the manager Jon we had instant confidence in them. In the first few days we had 3 viewings booked in. All 3 resulted in offers. Once accepted we had amazing back up and contact from the whole team, nothing was ever to much trouble for them . I would highly recommend this branch . Having moved 11 times in 20 years I can truthfully say I have never received such outstanding service. Thank you.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
19th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
10th Dec 2025 (9 weeks ago)My case was a lengthy one as there were works required following surveys and the team at Harris and Wood were always in contact, offering support and advice throughout. They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.
2nd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

As a first time buyer, I was naturally a bit nervous, but they couldn’t have made things any easier for me! They were professional, approachable, and always happy to help or answer any questions. Everything was handled smoothly, which made buying my first home far easier than I expected. I would happily recommend Harris & Wood to anyone looking to buy!
