2nd Apr 2024 (30 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.
5th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Colebrook Sturrock looked after our house for many years while it was rented out. They did so with such care and professionalism, significantly reducing all those stresses often associated with renting property. So when it came to selling this house, we looked no further. Here again, Colebrook Sturrock's thoughtfulness and professionalism was evident throughout. We were kept constantly informed about the progress of visits and responses, and when it came to receiving an offer, they ensured everything went smoothly to a successful conclusion for all concerned. I only have praise for Colebrook Sturrock and their lettings and sales teams.

We have spoken to a lot of agents in Canterbury during our house hunting and from the get go were seriously impressed by how thorough and responsive they are, with excellent local knowledge.
25th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Market conditions meant that any estate agent would have failed to sell my property. As a widower I need to down-size, but I am not giving my property away at any price.
4th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Booked an appointment with Jack Shale to view a property in Sandwich (sarre place) at 16:30 on 4th January. However no one showed up, completely wasting my time. Very poor! If they could not attend the appointment at least have the decency to call and let me know and save me the hour journey to get there.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

I have rented out my property through them for over 11 years & have received nothing but consistent outstanding, quality customer service. A true rarity in this day & age. On so many occasions, throughout that time, I have dealt with Maureen in maintenance. Her job expertise, efficiency & high standards of customer service makes her a real asset to Your Move - a little gem! Thank you Maureen for all your help & support. Special thanks also go to Hayley in Lettings, who again has been excellent & has been a little star. It has been a real pleasure dealing with this office. 23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)No communication, failed to turn up for the two viewings they had arranged and told the estate agent of the property we are buying that our purchase had pulled out before they told us. This one full week after they were informed about the loss of sale costing us the price of a survey. Very poor.

Chris, Heidi and the rest of the team helped us navigate through the process, going well beyond what we could have expected from them. Hands down the most caring and professional agents we ever had dealing with!

Lack of disclosure until after completion of sale regarding the agent’s relationship to the seller. The administrative staff were pleasant but not much else about this transaction was a good experience. It was unnecessarily stressful . Will not be using them again.
15th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

I would highly recommend wisdom estates if you are looking to receive good communication, reliability and proactivity throughout your transaction.

We have recently moved into the area, and Russell was the agent for the sellers. Our own agent was worse than useless, and it was Russell and his team that did the chasing up etc for our own sale, updating and advising us regularly. I feel the service provided by this agency far exceeded the standard which seems to have become the norm in this industry. Oh and the welcome card and bottle were very much appreciated. We wish Russell, Kirstie and the team continuing success...they deserve it. Kerry and Bill

Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case. Nice guys to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, as we will be using them in the future.
