2nd Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)My family have been connected with a house in Tankerton since the late 1800s and have owned it, through 3 generations, since 1945. Rather reluctantly we had taken the decision to sell it and requested quotations from several local Estate Agents. Christopher Hodgson provided the highest quote so we visited them and were struck immediately by the sheer professionalism of the firm led from the front by Will Raolfe. He was knowledgeable, approachable and responded to any queries we had quickly and efficiently. He was instrumental in driving the whole process forward and was constantly in touch with both sets of solicitors. Whenever I was worried about any aspect of the sale he was able to provide sensible and helpful advice. Without this I am sure we would have not achieved the result that we did. I should add that every member of his staff with whom we had dealings acted in a friendly and helpful manner and I felt that we really were in the hands of a truly excellent company. I can recommend Christopher Hodgson without hesitation.

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

We had an offer on the table within about 4 weeks from listing the property online. After receiving the offer it has been a smooth experience with the assistance of Debbie Mead my sales progressor and have just exchanged today after 6 weeks, with completion being next week. 5/5 service!

6th Dec 2024 (20 weeks ago)We purchased a property from Rafferty and Pickard and right from our first viewing in the summer to completion in December they have provided outstanding customer service. They liaised closely with us throughout offering additional advice such as window companies, plumbers, plasterers that we after. They were very accessible, responsive, and super knowledgable about the house, its history, and the local area. During our initial viewings Paul made us feel very comfortable and offered lots of advice. Throughout the exchange and completion process when there were complications further down the chain, John took the bull by the horns and got everyone aligned to get the chain over the line. Without his direction and mediation, the chain would have probably collapsed. Rafferty and Pickard are a superior estate agent who deserve tremendous credit for the work that they do. Thank you both again for doing such an amazing job.

There was no unnecessary hype or piles of coloured brochures, but clear information was concisely given. Clare has been very quick to respond to any queries and requests from us, remaining professional and personable throughout. Our house sold quickly after 4 viewings on the first weekend live on their website. We would not hesitate to recommend Wilsons Real Estate.
