They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). Thank you!

10th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately Shortland Horne had my property on their books for 19 weeks and only managed to secure 2 viewings in that time frame One of those viewings was a buyer that could only offer £30k below the asking price due to mortgage restrictions I was advised to reduce the price by £10k but this still didn't yeld viewings or offers despite the property being completely renovated with no chain I was impressed with the pitch when choosing an estate agent and chose Shortland Horne over others but the reality of the selling process has not met expectations
16th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)We would like to thank Saj from Comfort Properties for making our move to new home smooth and hastle free right from viewing to exchanging contract documents. It's been a month in this new home and Saj has always been available for queries, resolving issues, communicating between the landlord and tenant etc. I would definitely recommend them for your next home.

I used to mostly liaise with Annette and Carla and both were very prompt in responding to queries and addressing issues. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant and comfortable!

Catherine is super friendly and communication is great. Charlotte is 100% proactive and always on the end of the phone regardless of the time of day. I would have no hesitation recommending them!

James managed the sales process and kept me fully informed throughout. Would definitely recommend.I have had a long relationship with Assured who have assisted with renting my property on a let only basis and have been very happy with the professional service given.

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.

She always got back to me if I had any questions with a quick response and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would definitely recommend :)

3rd May 2024 (4 days ago)This is the worst agency someone one could go to, people who work in this agency looks all decent and educated but acts inhuman, all they care about is money. They don’t provide required services at times and blame you for maintenance. Literally they made us evaluate wantedly and looted all the deposit money. When we try to approach they say it’s business. Worst of kind and very inhumane
6th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)What a brilliant caring and compassionate team. I was selling my Dad's home and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Walmsley's. I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit. Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold. The acid tests are: 1. Would I use them again - absolutely 2. Would I recommend them - without hesitation
