Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

28th Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)Worse agacy ever I'm have. If something broken like water leak you raport wait more then 7 days to somebody answer you. Same if you have any problem you send email you wait 7 days to reply from them. When you call nobody answer you leave voice massage not call you back. They call you tell you incredible story you have dog in home but you don't have. Never again cooperate with that agecy

12th Aug 2024 (23 weeks ago)I was disappointed with the lack of contact. During several months I had three emails, two advising viewings and one cancelling a viewing. I also received only one phone call and this was to reduce the asking price. And this is despite the promise of regular communication.

We chose Whitegates Ilkeston having had valuations and quotations from 3 estate agents and from first to last we had no doubt we had made the right decision. From explaining that two sales contracts would be needed to take account of our circumstances to accompanied viewings with feedback on each of them and liaising with us on offers, the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

I met a few agents before going to market, but chose Kelly because she was warm and genuine. She was really a pleasure to work with.

2nd Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)We recently sold our house through Dales and Peaks and I can’t recommend them enough! Fantastic service from start to finish. Stunning photos and marketing and they agreed a sale on our house in less than two weeks. The chain had a few hiccups along the way but we still managed to complete the sale quickly with their help. Communication was amazing and the team kept me fully updated at every step. A special thank you to Hannah, Jayden and Amie for all your help and advice!

Elders are realistic about pricing, are highly professional and excellent in keeping you updated. They certainly rank as the best estate agent to sell a property with in Ilkeston.

From the initial viewing through to completion Martin was very professional and kept us updated with everything. Martin answered all our queries in a timely manner and also provided us with the best advice and information. 18th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

She knew straight away how much we loved the house and gave us all the advice and steps to take to get our hands on it. She made recommendations that lead to the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one in a matter of weeks! Nicole’s not just your average agent, shes with you every step of the way, we could contact her night or day and she would respond, she helped with chasing solicitors and was in communication with everyone involved in our sale as well as our purchase. Honestly we couldn’t recommend Nicole enough for a seamless experience in such stressful times! Thank you for everything Nicole, you’ve been amazing.
