Although I didn’t end up buying through them, they even sent me suitable homes listed with other agents — something I’ve never had from any other local agent. Their honesty and effort genuinely helped me find the house I went on to purchase. Highly recommend them to anyone starting their search!

They helped me sell my property quickly and efficiently with effective marketing and an open house within 2 weeks! Tom the mortgage advisor also helped me with my mortgage on my onward purchase and secured me a deal that wasn’t available elsewhere. Great team great service, worth every penny - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Andrew showed us around the property and we fell in love with it! The staff at elders were always willing to help with our queries and answer our questions throughout the process. Meghan in particular was outstanding and nothing was ever too much to ask! She is fantastic and a credit to elders!

From the initial encounter from Monica and Chris to seeing everything through with Ellie and Lucy, the service has been exceptional from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully supported, listened to, and treated with the utmost respect. Every single one of them understood the bittersweet feeling of selling my first home, and really how sentimental it is saying goodbye, I would have never been able to do it without you! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

It was very easy to communicate with the whole team (Danni, Courtney, Hollie and Diane) and our queries were always answered promptly. We were very happy with the way our house was advertised for sale and everything was explained to us from the beginning. We would definitely recommend Ewemove Beeston if you are considering moving.
