14th Jun 2025 (24 days ago)Unfortunately after careful consideration I have decided to speak out. A week ago following a phone call where I enquired about a property and was duly qualified by a lovely lady called Daisy, then booked a viewing for yesterday. This particular property is in need of restoration so Daisy and I had a lengthy conversation about it. I then called a few days later to ask if I could bring along my builder and surveyor which was agreed with no issues. I then moved my meetings and booked myself half a day off work and my builder had to re arrange meetings to be there too . At almost 5pm on the eve of the viewing (yesterday)I missed a call from the estate agents and no voicemail was left. I called and was then put through to Jay. He quickly informed me he had completed a sale “just now” on the property. At no point in the lead up to the viewing was this made clear that it was under offer. I have waisted everyone’s time and it just doesn’t feel quite right. I have unsubscribed from their mailouts and won’t be returning to Jackson-Stops, as I just won’t work under that type of partnership. I have just re reviewed this feedback as I was really surprised and pleased to receive a call from Jay the following day based around this review. We had a good open conversation and agreed it would have be helpful to have known there were offers on this property, we both had a better understanding of my frustrations and agreed to keep in touch should anything change. A big thank you to Ella, Jo and all the Hunters team there, who have been absolutely approachable, friendly and proactive, everything you want when buying or selling your property. Keep up the good work and hope to do more business soon.

1st May 2025 (10 weeks ago)For Carla and co, I would loosely assume little money is made from rentals but the service received was impeccable, Carla especially gets a mention, her communication and guidance was top class, an asset to the business. A Kind and caring team in what was a stressful time for us. When it's time to buy we shall be likely looking towards Marcus Anderson.

They treat the tenants and landlords with respect and are quick to respond to any issues. All the staff are well informed and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Love Property as a letting agent.

18th Mar 2025 (16 weeks ago)If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I wish I had read the previous reviews before agreeing a tenancy with them. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were absolutely lovely whilst signing the tenancy agreement with them, however it didn't take long for the problems and change in behaviour. 0 communication, often ignored when requesting repairs. Property had a huge mold problem which was identified within a month living there, bathroom window did not open, and was often screamed at when contacting them. Everyone I have spoken with at Drummonds has been arrogant and aggressive to deal with. Avoid at all costs, would never rent a property with this company again no matter how desperate I was for a property.

I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness to every matter and query. Furthermore they have been so pleasant and good humoured throughout. Definitely recommend.

Despite making a formal COMPLAINT to manager, who said action was being taken to return our rental deposit, however they have been ignoring me the past 6weeks. Avoid this agent at all cost! Had better service with another agent on Duke St.

31st May 2025 (5 weeks ago)While looking to relocate from the US to the UK, we considered various different properties and interacted with a number of different estate agents and so we recognize the level of professionalism, service and commitment provided by Tony Dobbins and his amazing team is not common in the field. As remote buyers, trust in the Estate Agent is paramount - you're not there in person. Tony organized a virtual visit to one particular property which had terrible internet service in the interior. Undeterred, he provided us with a detailed and well narrated walk-through which he then provided promptly. Throughout the process, he has been quick to respond to our (many!) questions and has been extremely knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. Not being familiar with the process in England, he has also patiently walked us through what that looks like, and provided recommendations for solicitors and so on to facilitate getting started. I would recommend Anthony Jones, and especially Tony to anyone looking for a great agent!

They have great communication, really professional and friendly staff, and they follow up on any issues. I really cannot fault them.
25th Jun 2025 (13 days ago)What a stressful time selling a property and buying a new property made so easy with the help from Julie, john and there team.I was abit apprehensive by selling a property in Sunderland, buying a property in hebburn and walkers estate agents being in sunniside but they went above and beyond to help in any way they could and made the process so easy . Moving day thought would of been a head ache but it was over and done with by 1 oclock and it all went to plan . Walkers estate agents is a family run business who are there for you every step of the way with there advice and extensive knowledge of every part of your new adventure .Thank you.

Paul went above and beyond throughout and was just so more than an estate agent, always on hand for advice guidance and sometimes even reassurance. Our sale was difficult and the conveyancing process took its toll but Paul kept us on track informed and supported throughout. They do things differently at EweMove and trust me when I say you pay for what you get and some. I would not hesitate to recommend them and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Paul
