I cannot thank Rebecca enough for her input,attention to detail and kindness.She is very professional and always has time for a chat to answer any questions that I may have -- her enthusiasm is infectious and I enjoyed her visits with prospective purchasors!She is a credit to Northwood. I would highly recommend Northwood to both buyers and sellers . They operate a very Professional but down to earth business. Thankyou Northwood.

He answered all the questions that were put to him with great expertise and nothing was too much trouble for him. I felt that he really went out of his way in showing me what the market looked like. I would recommend Ken with great pleasure to anyone who was thinking of selling their home. He certainly made the right decision as regards to the sale of my house and I was so very very pleased that what he thought the price of the house could be and I was very fortunate that this came to fruition. Once again Ken, thanks very much for all the time that you took with me.

8th Dec 2024 (16 weeks ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

Their team was incredibly professional, attentive, and always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. They guided me through each step, from finding the right property to finalising the deal, with patience and expertise. What stood out the most was their ability to go the extra mile to ensure i got home of my dreams , Thank you Northwood

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

Sold newly built houses , Sold renovated properties Manage a very large property portfolio for me. (also can arrange repairs carried out at reasonable costs too)
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Never heard anything from them had 2 viewings in 6 moths. We swapped estate agents and had 6 viewings in 2 days and sold witching 3 weeks.
